I would like to put on record the excellent customer service I received both from the manager of the York branch and a lovely sales lady at the Tunbridge Wells branch recently. They were both very friendly, helpful and courteous and a credit to Oliver Bonas.

A big thank you. Small problem with my order. It was rectified with easy and efficiency within two days.
I am so pleased with my purchase. I’ll be back.

I don't understand what is the point of having a premium (extra paid) "next day delivery" if the parcel is going to be sitting at a warehouse for +2days (and counting)?
Business complain about Amazon dominance but at least they can get this right.

Ordered on line, delivered very quickly and loved my dress

My parcel was delivered empty. I was refunded but no good will gesture, a gesture which would have made sense, especially as this was my first (and only) order with the company.
A discount off a next order would have made sense to me.

Item still not received, very disappointing as it’s a gift which will now be late. Completely understand that delivery out of the hands of OB but Evri are notoriously unreliable. Please review delivery provider ☹️

Best customer service ever.. I bought some cropped cords size 12, two days later they had stretched and felt 2 sizes too big. I mentioned it to the shop assistant and she simply offered me a smaller size and sorted an exchange. I also used click and collect and arrived in the time expected. So great ...gives you confidence to buy when returns policy is so good. Well done

I purchased a beautiful mug as a birthday gift and was not disappointed in the quality of the product. I love the style, shape, feel. Very pleased. I was a bit pushed for time, so ordered with next day delivery. Evri handled the delivery and unfortunately there was a delay, but it arrived the day after I’d expected it, so not too bad after all. Luckily, it was in time for the birthday!

Why does OB use Evri, notoriously dreadful courier. They lost my first ever order and I faced the fuss and pain of getting that sorted out with Evri and now have the same pain all over again with OB customer service. All I wanted was a new outfit and I've experienced nothing but hassle

Bad delivery services from such an expensive store. The delivery is so slow, that makes me sceptical about ordering from Oliver Bonas again. I ordered only 4 small items and the store split my order into 4 deliveries. I don't understand why a lamp shade must be shipped separately in a delivery and door mats in another delivery. I ordered on 5th October, today is 9th October and none of the items I ordered has arrived yet.
I noticed the items were shipped using Evri which in my opinion a very bad courier that kept bombarding me with delivery delay emails. That means all 4 items were delayed and I had to recieve 4 different emails a day for 2 days, and I'm still waiting for my small items to arrive.

I LOVE Oliver Bonus products BUT I paid something like a five for next day delivery so I had the gifts the day before my friend's birthday. Three days later and there's still no sign of them. Every (the absolutely pits of delivery) have said there's a delay and given me no other time / date for delivery. It's not only the delivery fee I've paid that has upset me, but the whole purpose of the purchase is kind of ruined too. I know this is an Evri issue, but I don't feel I should have to chase them, when Oliver Bonus have contracted that company - one we all know is consistently unreliable....

Love my items. Delivery was reasonably quick as well and packaged properly.
