I couldnt use the face solution and asked how to return and they offered me money back and didnt need to return.. so amazing ! I didnt get full refund but that is okay better than packing and having to go to post office or carrier to send back plus shipping charges

I was in between credit cards & there was a duplicate charge. I disputed it & it was refunded. Then I sent an email the Next Day to please allow me to buy the Intensive eye cream w/ the special offer. OLAVITA was kind enough to let me do it.

I had a query.
