En France, pour les commandes provenant de l’extérieur de l’UE, les droits de douane ne s’appliquent que si la valeur de la marchandise dépasse 150 €, cependant, la TVA est appliquée à toutes les commandes, quel que soit leur montant (voir exemple sur notre page dédiée).

Their personal storage option gives me a peace of mind pre-ordering figures at a cost effective way. I actually just placed more pre-orders with them recently!
I noticed they've improved their pre-order catalogue update frequency. I used to get worried missing out as I really prefer shopping here instead of elsewhere.

The package arrived quickly and safely. Thank you.
The items were packed well, with bubble wrap inside a cardboard box. Very generous Personal Stock policy. When ready, just send a direct email to request shipping. The reply arrived quickly, with a new invoice for EMS shipping. The only improvement would be to automate this, select the orders from the list and send the shipment request with one button? Overall great store, good item selection. Recommended.

Good customer service
Incredibly fast customer service, I pre-ordered a plushie and forgot about it for like half a year, they still helped me get it shipped basically right away after having it sit in a warehouse for ages.
