Customer service was great to begin with, but that only lasted so long. My order was returned to the sender after there was an issue and while I was offered a refund the money never showed up and their customer service turned into a brick wall.

After weeks of trying to get a hold of them I've still not received an answer or refund. Money gone to another bad actor.

I could not order a special nail fungus product from Europe any more due to their export issues with the USA. I was so happy I found OKDERMO where they have my product - in addition, I ordered special ointments for my Psoriasis that I could never afford to buy in the USA because the health insurance doesn't cover it... So, I was very lucky again that I found it here at OKDERMO for at an affordable price. Then, I had issues with the Bitcoin payment, and their customer service agent has helped all the way through to finally find an easier way to pay through my bank. She was very patient, professional and helpful in all ways. I received always emails that the order was confirmed, payment received, and when the order shipped with a tracking number. I received my order on the day it was expected to deliver, and the package was very well sealed, and the contents was all intact. Such a wonderful experience with OKDERMO from A to Z.

I was a little hesitant at first, but the whole process turned out to be smooth. I received updates along the way, and my order arrived well packed. Overall, a very positive experience.

I ordered from Okdermo because I was looking for skincare products that are not always easy to find locally, and the site made it simple to compare options. My parcel was returned through the postal process and was never delivered to me.

On April 23, OK Dermo stated by email that they would refund the order excluding shipping and asked me to provide refund details. I provided the requested refund details on April 27 and asked them to confirm once the refund was processed.

I followed up again on May 6 and May 17. As of today, I have received no refund and no confirmation that the refund was sent.

The issue is not only that the parcel failed to arrive. The issue is that OK Dermo offered a refund, received the requested refund details, and then did not complete or confirm the refund despite repeated follow-ups.

Update, 28 May: OK Dermo has now completed the refund. I have updated the rating to reflect that the refund was eventually received.

They stated that they had replied to previous emails and suggested checking spam. However, the refund details had already been provided earlier, and no transaction had been received until after the review and further follow-up.

I appreciate that the refund was finally sent, but the process required repeated follow-ups and escalation, so I am leaving the review as a record of the full experience.

Update 2, 28 May::
After the refund was completed, I initially increased the rating. However, the seller then sent me an unprofessional message blaming my review for damaging their reputation, and later flagged the review as defamatory.

Trustpilot assessed the review and restored it, finding that it was not defamatory. Based on the overall closure experience, I am leaving the rating at 1 star.

They were very helpful and kind! Order arrived as expected and I'm extremely satisfied with the quality of products. I Literally have no suggestions for improvements because everything is optimized properly. I'm their customer for life now haha

At first, an incorrect product was delivered, but Hannah was extremely helpful and promptly resolved the issue.
The delivery required a bit of patience, as customs clearance took some time, but everything was eventually sorted out.

I am now very satisfied with the products. They’ve been working effectively, and my skin has improved noticeably—especially when used together with the tretinoin cream (0.05%) I purchased in France.

If you encounter any issues, you can count on Hannah; she’s always responsive and does her best to assist and resolve matters quickly.

recently attempted to make a purchase and was shocked to find that in order to buy products, I was required to provide my Social Security number and scan my ID. This level of personal information is excessive and poses a serious risk for identity theft. When I reached out to customer service to inquire about alternative options, I was told that this is the only way to proceed—either comply or be unable to purchase. I find this process highly concerning and do not recommend anyone paying this way, as it puts your personal information at significant risk of being stolen. Proceed with caution.

This is the best place to find this product. This creme has really worked for me controlling my facial hair. After Vaniqua was discontinued, I'm very grateful to find Okdermo. They sell Elyn creme, which is a generic Vaniqua. Follow the directions, and you will notice a difference of decreased hair growth quickly. Customer service is very helpful with any questions or problems. Will continue using Okdermo to purchase future Elyn creme orders.
