We've had a fabulous experience throughout with OKA and especially Leah, the Interior designer based at Redbrick. She has helped us design three rooms in our home and encouraged us out of our comfort zones when it came to colours and patterns. Any items we were unsure about, were relooked at and she gave us options within our budget. I'm amazed that this is a free service and highly recommend people to try it. We love the results. Delivery was also on time and friendly.

Dear Mrs Linsi
We are so thrilled to hear about your fantastic experience working with Leah at our Redbrick store. It is wonderful to know that you were guided so thoughtfully to explore new colours and patterns, and that your preferences and budget were kept in mind every step of the way. Hearing how much you love the final results in your three refreshed rooms means the world to us, and we are equally delighted that the delivery process was seamless and friendly from start to finish. Thank you so much for your kind recommendation and for letting us be a part of your home transformation.

Leah the shop assistant was an absolute star. She never pressured us to buy anything, yet helped with anything she could. She was very attentive ,yet not intrusive. She made us feel welcome and even gave my dog a treat.
I would also like to mention on a previous occasion while shopping at your redbrick store, a lady named Louise was also a pleasure. She was one of the reasons we came back for a second spree.
Ive always ordered online at oka, but i will definitely shop in the store in future.
The staff make a extremely huge difference to your experience and these two ladies have customer service expertise of to a fine art..

Thank you to you - and to her.

The lady at Red Brick Mill, Batley was very helpful. She allowed me to browse but answered my questions and helped my decision making. She was not pushy in any way, did not make me feel uncomfortable for requiring time to think. The lampshade is just right and good quality. I appreciated the option to be able to return it though if it was not right in my home setting.
