Great customer service from Debbie and Tracey at the OKA Froxfield store. We were missing one dining chair for our new Edmund dining table set and after a call with the branch, they had one in store and held it back for me. Ir was there waiting for me today and they honoured the online sale price also. Very happy with my purchase and the service all round!

Polite and patient staff who, when asked, gave their honest opinions which, when choosing lampshades, is always invaluable, particularly if they have style themselves which is why, presumably, they are working at OKA. Couldn’t have asked for more, really great.

Unusual experience
Bit of a weird experience! Walked in and all 3 staff sitting around till area, nobody got up to help or offered help and we had to walk back to the tills to ask questions. Didn't have what we wanted and managed to send us out of the store with 2 mismatched items since hadn't checked label on stockroom item because it was wrapped up. Better service on calling and then ordering a matched pair but then had to drive back to store to pick up new items. Very pleased in the end but disappointing first impressions
