Great, service overall, the package arrived relatively quickly, the product is precisely as ordered, good choice for protecting wooden surfaces, 1mm thicknesses is ideal for both protecting the surface and roll for storage.

We're delighted to hear that everything arrived as specified and that you're very happy with it. Wishing you lots of enjoyment with your purchase!
Initially I was happy with the product even though I felt it was somewhat expensive compared to similar products elsewhere. But I opted for this due to the nicer design and colour. But after two weeks on the dining table it has two significant rips. My previous cloth (bought elsewhere and much cheaper) lasted 3 years before getting a rip. Extremely disappointing quality at this price point.

Dear Michelle,
Thank you for sharing your experience. We’re very sorry to hear that your tablecloth has developed two significant rips after only two weeks. This is certainly not what you should expect from our product, and we completely understand your disappointment.
We would really like to look into what has happened and find a suitable solution for you. Please contact our customer service and send us a few clear photos of the damaged areas. We’ll be happy to investigate this further and help you.
Everything went well, got what we ordered in a very reasonable time frame and were informed throughout the process.

As a mom of three young children, this has been one of the best purchases I've made for our home. Our dining table is now a place for creativity instead of stress! Play-Doh, colouring, painting and mealtimes are no longer something I worry about because my wooden table is fully protected while still looking beautiful. It wipes clean in seconds and the quality is outstanding. I genuinely wish I'd bought one years ago. Thank you for such an amazing product!
