This company claims they offer 30 day returns. This is in fact true but deceiving. They will only offer a 20% cash refund. Or you can order something else. They told me I would have to pay 50 dollars shipping to return to them. so WARNING....they're close are cheaply made, look horrible and you can't get your money back. I got totally scammed!!
I ordered two dresses from Ohrose that were advertised as structured corset garments with boning. The items I received were materially different from what was shown on the product page.
The brown dress contained no boning at all, despite the listing describing a structured corset bodice. The red dress contained poorly constructed boning that protruded outward and collapsed when tightened, making the garment unwearable as intended. The structure and quality did not match the product images or description.
After receiving the items, I contacted customer support immediately to request a refund under their stated policy for faulty or incorrect items. Instead of honoring this policy, the company repeatedly offered partial store credit (30%, 50%, then 80%) rather than refunding the original payment method.
When I requested a return, I was told I would need to ship the items internationally to China at my own expense, despite the items being defective and not as described. International tracked shipping costs are disproportionately high relative to the value of the goods.
After further research, I also found that the images used in the original product listing closely matched images used by Babyboo for a structured corset dress. The item I received does not match the construction shown in those images.
Overall, the product quality, structure, and resolution process did not align with what was advertised or with the company’s stated return policy.
I would recommend carefully reviewing independent photos and return policies before purchasing.
