Great item

Easy to order and shipping of the item was quick. Took a few days to arrive due to Royal Mail strikes that they made me aware of. Can't go wrong.

Very Impressive

We have ordered online from Oh Doggy a couple of times now and have been delighted with the prompt delivery and products - our boy Loki especially loved the treats :). Super news that the new shop has also opened...we visited today (the first of many I expect!) and were very impressed by the quality and variety of doggy goodies and by the very warm welcome we received. Definitely worth a visit with your fur babies :)

Great experience

Alan and his team really care about Onyx welfare and good looks.Is great to know that Onyx is in good hands. Superb customer service, easy and convenient booking system. Good communication and appointment reminders. Highly recommend Alan and his team.

Returns

Product was far too small, but told that
return fees were my responsibility. No warning prior to this before purchase (or I wouldn’t have bought the product) the crate weighs over 10kg so far too expensive to send back. Understand it’s a small business but no warning of the fees isn’t good enough

Morning Oh Doggy,
Our miniature Dachs is very happy with her proper size chews!
Most other chews are for bigger dogs.
We are very pleased, and she is very, very pleased!.
I have now entered you onto my saved sellars ebay list, and will just push the button when I want to re order.
I will recommend you to other miniature Dachs owners.

Lack of communication

My item did arrive eventually but well out of timescales provided.
Sent emails to ask where the item was which I had no reply.
Which is very frustrating as you can’t contact them any other way.
Don’t think I will use them again.
