Ok, recommending
Everything was fine, except the windshield washer fluid was empty or there was some other issue. A very nice lady helped us when we returned the car; we couldn’t lock it using the link, but everything worked out in the end. If we ever come back, we’ll rent through Offugo again.

Hi Jan!
Thank you very much for your feedback and for recommending us! 😊
We are glad to hear that everything went well overall.
We sincerely apologize for the issue with the windshield washer fluid; we always aim to have every detail ready, and we will share this with our maintenance team to ensure it doesn’t happen again.
We’re also happy to hear our colleague was there to assist you with the locking process at the end!
It’s great to know that, despite these small details, you would choose offUgo again.
We look forward to seeing you on your next trip! 🚗✨

Very good platform and service.
Very good platform and service.
It was easy to book a car via the platform. Pick up and drop off were easy and no need to meet the provider. The only downpount is that I had to pay for parking when I picked up the car even though I paid 30 euros to have the car from the airport. So pay attention for this point as the parking at airport could be pricy.
They have very responsive customers service via email.

Hi Almidani!
Thank you so much for your feedback and for highlighting our responsive customer service. 😊 We are glad you found the platform and the digital pick-up easy to use!
Regarding the parking fee: just to clarify, as stated in our Terms & Conditions accepted during the booking process, the guest is responsible for the parking ticket upon exit. This fee corresponds only to the short time the car waits for you in the building; the 30€ service fee covers the logistics of bringing the car to the terminal so you can start your trip immediately without shuttle buses.
We really appreciate your input as it helps us make these details even clearer for everyone. 🚗
Best regards,
The offUgo Team

Un caro saluto,
