Noleggio a Palma di Maiorca
Abbiamo prenotato l'auto con ritiro e riconsegna all'aeroporto di Palma di Maiorca, ed è stato tutto molto comodo e semplice, l'abbiamo ritirata e riconsegnata direttamente al 5 piano dell'aeroporto, in totale autonomia, senza attese.
È stato tutto davvero semplice e comodo, l'auto era nuova, full optional e perfetta per la nostra vacanza.
Al ritiro abbiamo pagato 14 euro di parcheggio, ed era ben specificato nelle norme contrattuali, quando l'abbiamo riconsegnata abbiamo lasciato il parcheggio da pagare.
Siccome il volo era di notte è stato davvero tutto estremamente comodo, niente attese o navette.
Servizio clienti molto attento e disponibile, sicuramente lo consiglio, l'esperienza è stata al di sopra delle nostre aspettative.

Watch out for hidden fuel fines with Offugo
Booking process and everything else was fine — the only issue was at drop-off. Rented without the deposit option, and paying for missing fuel is normal, but Offugo also adds a hidden 20€ fine per fuel portion, never disclosed by staff. You only get informed of the fine by email, after you've already returned the car. Be careful and always return with a full tank.

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We’re glad to hear that the booking process and the rest of the rental went well, but we’re truly sorry that the fuel charge did not feel clear or transparent to you at the end of the rental.
We understand how frustrating it can be to receive a charge after returning the car, especially if you were not expecting it. Just to clarify, this is not intended as a “fine”, but as the agreed refuelling management cost that applies when the vehicle is returned with less fuel than at pickup. This condition is included in the Terms & Conditions accepted when completing the booking, where the €20 charge per missing fuel portion is indicated.
That said, your feedback is very valuable. Even when a condition is shown during the booking process, we understand that it should also feel clear and easy to remember throughout the rental experience. We’ll take this as an opportunity to review how we communicate this information, especially around drop-off and fuel return instructions.
We’re sorry again that this left you with a negative impression, and we hope you might give us another opportunity in the future to provide you with a better experience. 🙏🏻😊

Ci dispiace leggere che alcuni aspetti del noleggio non siano stati chiari durante la sua esperienza.
Per il ritiro in aeroporto, il ticket del parcheggio deve essere pagato dal cliente per poter uscire dal parcheggio, come indicato nei nostri Termini e Condizioni, fino a un massimo di 15 €. Se l’importo pagato è stato superiore, può inviarci una foto del ticket e la ricevuta di pagamento a bookings@offugo.es, così potremo esaminare il caso e rimborsarle l’eventuale differenza corrispondente.
Per quanto riguarda il ritardo nella riconsegna, le nostre condizioni prevedono l’addebito di un giorno aggiuntivo quando il veicolo viene restituito con oltre 1 ora di ritardo rispetto all’orario previsto.
Desideriamo ricordare che queste condizioni vengono mostrate sul nostro sito durante il processo di prenotazione e devono essere accettate prima della conferma della stessa. Pertanto, effettuando il pagamento della prenotazione, il cliente dichiara di accettare tali condizioni.
Ci dispiace comunque moltissimo che, a causa di questi aspetti, la sua esperienza non sia stata all’altezza delle aspettative. Prendiamo nota dei suoi commenti e cercheremo di migliorare il modo in cui comunichiamo queste informazioni ai nostri clienti, per evitare malintesi in futuro.

J’ai loué une voiture sur Offugo et nous avions eu Roig comme fournisseur. Le système de Gokeyless est très pratique et fonctionnel. Très belle expérience ! Petit bémol : la voiture affichait des témoins moteurs ce qui ne mettait pas en confiance sur la route. Je recommande Offugo pour sa fiabilité.
