I ordered a back brace that had a heating/vibrating unit in it. Even though I charged it with the cord provided, and the lights came on it did not heat up nor did it vibrate.. I contacted Support right away to request a return. Sherwin was very helpful. Everything went smoothly. Daniella helped with my initial inquiry.I’ll let you know if I don’t receive the refund..

Ordered 2 lumber wraps, immediately called, less than 5 minutes and wanted to change to only one. Was told I could not. They were already shipped. Impossible! Received the 2 a week 1/2 later. Called to return one, said I couldn’t because I had to try for 30 days. It didn’t matter that I had received 2. I am currently consulting with atty for predatory marketing to desperate consumers

After a mistake was made while listening to their product video my account was charged but as soon as I informed them of it, they helped me get in touch with customer service and not only did they returned my money but since the products had already started the shipment process, they let me have them free of charge.
I have now used them for about a week and do see less swelling of my ankles and feet. It also feels nice. The only issues are that it doesn’t retain battery charge for more than 3-4 uses. But I am glad that it helps to bring down the swelling a bit. Hope next improvement of their product is longer lasting rechargeable batteries. But I love the product none the less. Thank you for such a great gift and for crediting my money back early the next day.

Honestly, I was looking forward to receiving my rejuvaKnee device and putting them to use immediately to hopefully resolve or assist me in my water retention medical issue. I would also like to comment on my initial order process where the purchaser is forced to go through 2 other sales adventures lasting several minutes on my phone order asking me to buy additional stuff that I did not need, to try this product. That was very frustrating! Then after that process, I wasn't sure my order was completed until I received my confirmation and then the several weeks delay on shipment being held up from overseas just put the nail in the coffin for my as it all looked like a "scam" at this point and I decided to cancel the order as it just wasn't meant to be!!! Sherwin in CS has been great in responding to me and handling my cancellation and credit charge refund and I will advise once it appears on my card.

Somehow, my card company asked me if this was legit. The dollar amount, over $300, was not familiar to me. After getting in touch quickly to the vendor, a customer service person named Daniela got in touch. She immediately got it straightened out. Thanks, Daniela.

Rejuvacare operates like a scam site. Yes the shoulder massager works well. I was aware of all the complaints about the company continually monthly billing for unauthorized charges but thought that I could avoid this fraud by being careful not to check any "membership" fees or boxes. Well, not so much. I checked out with my purchase for one single item, nothing else on my checkout / purchase page. Yet They still proceeded to charge me monthly. $42.99 per month and then $49.99 per month. Finally got through to them and they only credited back half of the fraudulent charges. Now I have to go through a charge back procedure on my cc. Not worth it. Fraudulent use of my cc for months.

I am a UK customer who purchased a physical shoulder care product from this US-based business on 26 March. However, the product failed completely right after the 90-day guarantee period.Worse yet, I recently discovered that this business automatically enrolled me into an ongoing, hidden monthly subscription of £33 without my explicit knowledge, consent, or agreement at the time of purchase. They have since taken 6 unauthorized monthly payments from my credit card.The company uses highly deceptive practices to trap international consumers. They have intentionally engineered their online customer portal so that no account creation or password recovery option exists for my order email. This completely blocks my ability to log in and cancel this unauthorized billing myself.

Be very careful if you buy something from this company. I would give them zero stars if I could. I ordered and received a shoulder device, which was "ok". Then I found that they started charging me a "subscription fee" that was not on my order, confirmation, or on their website. When I called, they said it was a fee to allow me to buy future products at a discount. I was not offered this and did not purchase it. I told them I wanted the 5 monthly charges refunded. They started offering to refund 2, then 3, then finally their "final" offer of 4 months, but not all 5. I have disputed the 5th charge to my credit card company.
This company is just a scam to charge you monthly a subscription fee in hopes that it's small enough to be overlooked, and then hope that you will agree to their 50% offer of refund.

- March 22, 2026 for $ 47.95
- April 19, 2026 for $ 47.95
- May 17, 2026 for $47.95
- June 14, 2026 for $47.95

Total damage = $47.95 x 8 = $383.60
After complaint Rejuvacare refund me 3 x $47,95 = $143.85
AMOUNT THIEVED BY REJUVACARE 5 x $47,95 = $239.75
