OFFDADA Arvostelua 

Een shirt besteld op 19 maart. Nog steeds niets ontvangen. Als ik daarover meerdere keren contact opneem krijg ik nul reactie. Tot afgelopen week een kortingscode omdat ze het niet goed hebben gedaan. Maar nog steeds geen informatie over mijn bestelling. Het shirt lijkt nu eindelijk onderweg te zijn maar eerst zien en dan geloven.

I have made an order almost a month ago, I still haven't received anything. The DHL tracker number they gave me is not link to any shipment and they don't reply to my email...

Fu—ed up they scammed me order didn’t freaking arrive man I paid so much for this lol!

I still have no news of my order

I made my order on March 9th, received an email that stated that there might be some delays in delivering the order. Two weeks after, with no follow up, I sent an email requesting an update on my order or the very least an ETA, no response. I sent another email the week after again asking for an update, no response. Today I sent my third email, which I expect to receive no response.

What is particularly deceptive about their conduct is their use of paid advertisement to push their products, yet as it is very clearly from the mass of reviews, they do not fulfill orders and if they do, it is done months after the order is made and with zero adequate customer care.

Not gonna lie the t-shirt is STUNNING.
But the customer services sucksssss so so bad. Honestly i felt like i got scammed, i really did not expect my package to come anymore especially since they didn’t reply on any of my messages. Not through mail, not through instagram and nog even through tiktok. After two months i just got a notification saying the package was on the way. So once again… t-shirt is stunning but customer service is a big big big NO.

I waited 9 months for 1 hoodie….

Zero Customer Support.

Company takes months to ship items with no explanation as to why.

Sent multiple emails either asking for an update or refund. Received nothing.

Eventually took me sending an email threatening to pursue legal action to recover money lost and then miraculously my item was in the post the next day.

seit letztem Jahr warte ich auf meine Bestellung, die bis heute nicht bei mir angekommen ist. Weder habe ich die Ware erhalten noch eine verlässliche Rückmeldung von Ihnen bekommen.

Ich fordere Sie hiermit letztmalig und mit Nachdruck auf, mir innerhalb von 7 Tagen entweder die vollständige Lieferung nachweisbar zuzustellen oder den bereits gezahlten Betrag umgehend zu erstatten.

Sollte diese Frist ohne eine zufriedenstellende Lösung verstreichen, werde ich ohne weitere Ankündigung rechtliche Schritte einleiten. Dazu gehören die sofortige Einschaltung eines Anwalts, die Einleitung eines gerichtlichen Mahnverfahrens sowie eine Anzeige wegen möglicher Betrugs- und Vertragsverletzungsdelikte.

Ich erwarte eine umgehende Klärung sowie eine verbindliche Rückmeldung innerhalb der genannten Frist.

Mit Nachdruck

Bisher nur ein 1 von 3 bestellen Items erhalten nach 3 Wochen. Und zwar die Cap, das günstigste. Sehr langsamer Kundenservice wenn der überhaupt antwortet. Auf meine Frage wann ich den Rest bekomme gibt es keine Antwort. Zahlt nicht per KK. Bin gespannt ob ich meine Ware jemals erhalten werden - und dass als deutsches Unternehmen…

The product looks like expected, but the delivery time of two months is not acceptable. The birthday of my child was nearly one month ago, so that’s very disappointing.

DON'T ORDER HERE!!!

This is a scam. Made my order back in September and didn't receive anything yet. No messages, nothing.

Please use the European Customer Centre (ECC) or Geschillencommissie (NL) to file complaints and start formal procedures.

Vor mehr als zwei Wochen habe ich bestellt.
Seitdem ist nichts passiert.
Anfragen an den Support werden ignoriert.
