Owen recently helped me to sort out my mortgage which was coming to the end of its fixed term. We thought we had limited options due to our circumstances and Owen was able to not only explain that there were lots of options we still had available, but also helped us to secure a new valuation for the property which in turn has helped us to get a great rate moving forward. Had it not been for Owen, we probably would assumed we had no options and ended up paying huge percentages for our remortgage. Owen made everything so clear and so simple that once we were all sorted, I thought 'surely that's not all we have to do' but it was and its a better outcome than we could have expected. He kept me updated throughout, and was able to give sound advice on the best options to suit my situation. He also managed dealings with the bank through a couple of issues, which was helpful and reassuring.
