Tried to cancel and get a refund last…

Tried to cancel and get a refund last year as my printer broke and this service was no longer needed, was told its not possible. Same thing this year as apparently I was charged again..its impossible to reach a human as the bot directs you to discord. Discord mods cant help you. Takes weeks to answer emails. Extremely scammy. Poor customer service.

On the second year they take your money. And if there's a problem your service gets canceled and they keep your money.

First.
Year of service was okay. second year I was overcharged. Got a partial refund. So I paid for another full year and I no longer have service but I paid for it.

Good

Good: Easy one line install on Rpi.
Bad: I encountered an error. A jpg packed or so was missing and installation aborted one the first try.

I installed manually some image libs and then installation could complete.

Saves more money than it costs

I’ve been using this for a couple of years now on my old ender3 printer and my new Centauri carbon
It’s so nice just to be able to check in on the printer while I’m out and about and the failure detection pays for itself every month in saved filament from a failed print
No complaints from me

Quick and easy setup

Quick and easy setup, saved me from other expensive/headache filled options. I cannot recommend this service more. I have not used the service for more than a week and I am ready to donate and buy premium for just how feature packed this is!
