No refunds allowed, broke after 2 weeks
I bought this product to discover that it is shipped from China so it does take a while to arrive. Then it stopped working, but would turn on randomly in the middle of the night (very fun to wake up to). Oclean confirmed that this was a 'known issue' and after a LOT of back and forth (they even asked me to record a video of the toothbrush 'not working' and send it to them) they eventually gave me a replacement, but it was a different model and color than what I had originally ordered. I asked if I could have the product I actually bought as a replacement, and they told me the color 'won't affect the use' so it is basically just as good. They never asked for the original back, meaning they produce junk and just replace it with more junk when it breaks. Very disappointed.

Do not buy this terrible terrible product that is more complex than a manual toothbrush but in effect IS A MANUAL TOOTHBRUSH because the brushed is so UNDERPOWERED the toothbrush cannot possibly do a better job than a manual toothbrush that you actually move around. TERRIBLE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

L’expédition et la livraison du produit a été très rapide, la commande est soigneusement emballée. La brosse à dent quant à elle est identique au site internet,quand le brossage n’est pas suffisant elle propose de la prolonger en indiquant bien la zone sur laquelle insister. Pour l’instant je n’ai pas encore essayer toutes les options mon avis n’est pas suffisamment objectif, à voir dans le temps.
