Waited months and months for my…
Waited months and months for my delivery which I had to chase for an update. Would have been nice to have been provided with that information. Delivery and packaging was good once received and customer service were quick to respond once contact had been made.

Amazing shoes with an amazing purpose!
These shoes are unbelievably comfy to wear. I was worried at first that they wouldn't be very comfy and might need breaking in a little bit but oh was I wrong!
The mission behind Ocean Refresh is amazing and it's something that I definitely want to be a part of. If you're looking to make a difference to the planet, and you want to look and feel great at the same time, then these shoes are for you!

Great service and the products came quickly. I’m so pleased with my new Vegan and recycled Nill trainers and the ocean flip flops. I can hardly wait to wear them.

Absolutely fantastic products, purchased a pair of wavecatchers and I haven’t been disappointed they are lightweight and extremely comfy plus 100% made from recycled plastic ! Really can’t go wrong.

I ordered the sliders as a present
I ordered the sliders as a present. There was a hold up with delivery but Ellen was really easy to communicate with and sorted out so we received them on time.
The sliders are great quality and look as good if not better than their rivals. But these are much better for the environment

Absolutely fantastic product
Absolutely fantastic product, the only inconvenience is with returns/exchanges. The process was quite a faff and so a straight forward returns form/label would have been appreciated... especially if it meant not having to pay for an expensive return postage! The team were absolutely fab with processing the exchange and I greatly appreciate their help. Thanks Ocean Refresh ☺️!

We're sorry that you found the exchange process to be a hassle but we're glad we could help you.
We've looked into providing free returns postage for our customers but as a small business this is a challenge for us. We also feel that encouraging returns diminishes our ability to be as sustainable as possible, as we have to re-pack and re-deliver orders (more paper & more emissions!).
We're constantly looking at ways we can develop and provide better service for our customers so we're grateful for your feedback and will see what we can do to make our exchange process easier in future.

What an amazing company! My new flip flops arrived in 2 days and came with a personalised note which was lovely! They are without a doubt the most comfortable flip flops I've ever worn, already tempted by some of their other shoes!

Fantastic trainers...
I’ve just purchased the women’s nil white limited edition trainers. Really fast delivery, packed extremely well and loved the personalised message of thanks inside.
They’re super comfy with a high quality feel, it’s surprising they’re made using recycled material! Highly recommend!

Omg love the NIL trainers
Omg love the NIL trainers. I often find wearing trainers all day hurt my feet due to fibromyalgia. But these ones are so comfortable to wear all day and have great arch support. The vegan leather is so soft and doesn’t cause blisters. Love the fact too that they are fully recyclable

Confey shoues arrived on time but went to tie my shoe lase and the bit of plastic that u put ya lase through snapt off I super guled it back but shouldn't of happened in first place
