Ignored my emails and small sizing

I ordered a pair of the unisex sliders which were so small and narrow they looked like children’s. I emailed them and they said that people found them small sizing but it said nothing in the description about this so not sure how I was supposed to know? Had to pay to return them and then asked whether the flip flops were similar sizing to which they just started ignoring my emails! Their refund is also pending so I haven’t even received a refund for the slides.

Hi Morgan,

We're really sorry you've had a bad experience with us and that your sliders didn't fit. We do state on our size guide that some people find the sliders come up slightly small so it's safer to size up if you're in between sizes. We've taken your comments on board and we will add the size information into the description so that it's clearer.

We don’t offer free returns because we feel that encouraging returns diminishes our ability to be as sustainable as possible, as we have to re-pack and re-deliver orders (more paper & more emissions!).

As for your email about sizing, we're really sorry that we missed it, we're a small team and it must have slipped through the net but to answer your question yes, our flip flops are made to the same size mold as the sliders.

I can also confirm that we processed your refund with Paypal on the 4th May and it is currently pending in their system, unfortunately there's nothing we can do to speed this up as it is a delay on Paypal's end. It does however state that you should receive your refund between 11th-16th May.

Thank you for your feedback & we will endeavor to ensure you have a wonderful experience should you choose to order with us again.

So uncomfortable

Love the whole story and idea, but they are so uncomfortable I thought they would “break in” but they did not, the sole is very hard and makes a lot of noise on hard surfaces , had to buy different ones.

Brilliant

Comfy and durable, despite my 100KGs, flip flops all whilst fishing damaging plastic out of the ocean. Fantastic stuff.

Just absolutely love my flip flops…

Just absolutely love my flip flops knowing they are used from ocean waste, your doing a wonderful thing, they are great quality, gorgeous bright colour and comfortable! Ordering and receiving was simple and efficient. I have been telling everyone I can about your company, thankyou!
