Horrible cheap product! Feels like flame-retardent jammies from a child of the 70's. Flat out sucks!

Er staat op de site: Als je niet helemaal tevreden bent met je aankoop,
laat het ons dan binnen 30 dagen weten en je krijgt je geld zonder stress terug. (Daar staat niet bij dat de verzendkosten naar china voor eigen rekening zijn)
Ze sturen een artikel op, wat niks met de sweater te maken heeft, die ik bestelt heb en ik heb het bij ocean Project NL besteld, dus niet in china.
En dit is echt een leugen op jullie pagina:

Elk jaar belandt er 11 miljoen ton plastic in de oceanen waar het verstrikt raakt en een bedreiging vormt voor het zeeleven.
Draag deze sweater met trots in de wetenschap dat een percentage van je aankoop naar de bescherming van het zeeleven gaat. Een deel gaat naar het schoonmaken van onze oceanen en een deel gaat naar het redden van zeedieren van de gevaren van plastic afval.
de sweaters zijn van puur plastic (polyester) dus ze werken er juist aan mee, daarom ging ik er ook vanuit dat de sweater van katoen zou zijn.

Eigenlijk nog minder dan 1 ster!!!
Slechte kwaliteit, pasvorm en kleur is totaal anders dan in de advertentie.
Chinese rotzooi, terugsturen naar China is kost veel en duurt lang en dan is het nog maar de vraag of je je geld terugkrijgt of je krijgt een korting op een volgend artikel.
Niets bestellen hier dus !!!!

Zeer slecht, product informatie klopt niet, een sweater besteld, er stond bij 100% katoen, is 100% polyester, de maten kloppen ook niet, en retourneren is bijna onmogelijk naar China,

bonjour, alors j'ai bien reçu le pull apres un mois d'attente mais il est de mauvaise qualité pour un prix trop élevé, on dirait un pull Shein et on voit à travers. De plus la taille ne correspondait pas à la description et enfin je n'arrive pas à faire le retour.

Absoluut niets kopen hier. 1x ben ik erin getrapt om toch iets te kopen bij een onbekend website die ogenschijnlijk uit NL komt. Niets is minder waar. Deze producten zijn absuluut NIET DUURZAAM. Alles komt uit china. Verzeding duurt eindeloos en producten zijn gemaakt van polyester en elastan. Maten kloppen ook niet eens en kwaliteit is slecht. Baal enorm dat ik hieraan heb meegedragen.
Voor iemand die twijfelt, NIETS KOPEN hier.

Order 4 sweatshirts ADVERTISED AS GILDAN. Advertised delivery within 7-10 days. Received after 1 month. CHEAP 100% SHINY POLYESTER from CHINA! Printed CROOKED! Their issue, not mine. They would not pay to return them. I paid $48.80 to return the CRAP to CHINA, just to get my $98 back! It’s all about the PRINCIPLE of it! Better to be out $50 than $98, but should have disputed with cc like I initially thought. I think I still will, as I don’t trust that they’re going to issue my refund! THIS IS A SCAM!!! RUN…FAST!!!

We've contacted this company multiple times about an order that was cancelled by them without any warning or reason.

Its been over a month and still haven't received the item or an email back

Products are shipped from China, when the website leads you to believe the items are shipped from the US. They charged my credit card the day I placed the order but didn't ship the product for over 14 days. I requested the order be canceled after it was not shipped in 7 days, but they refused to cancel the order. It took a month for the product to arrive and when it did it was very low quality. They would not offer a refund because the item was on sale (which is almost everything on the site). I disputed the charges with my credit card company and received a credit that way.

Item is cheap and the color does not look like it does on the website. They say they offer returns but in reality they will allow you to return it on your dime….to China. Save your money and stay away from this scam of a company.

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS WEBSITE. CLOTHES COME FROM CHINA AND ARE 100% POLYESTER. CHEAP HORRIBLE QUALITY. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE IVE EVER EXPERIENCED, WILL SCAM YOU AND NOT REFUND YOUR MONEY.

Do not order from them!!! It comes from China, quality is horrible. Takes forever to receive items and is not good! I got sucked in by an instagram ad and severely regret buying from them! I’m not actually sure if it really supports the oceans and such.

If I could write a 0 review I would. These products are from China and are cheaply made. Shipping is beyond 10 days. If you wish to return, you must pay for shipping which isn’t worth the cost and you will be stuck. Do not buy!

I placed an order the day before Thanksgiving (11/27/24) and still have not received it as of 1/2/2025. I reached out twice (12/12/24 and 12/27/24) the first time trying to cancel when I found that it was shipping from China and had not yet been shipped. The second time to again state that I had not received my order a month after I placed the order. Both times I was assure “your order is on the way and you will receive your order soon”.

I ordered a sweatshirt for one of my grandchildren on November 30th as a Christmas gift, I had to reach out multiple times as I was told it was shipped but no tracking information. Finally on December 17th, I received a response saying it had been shipped and then miraculously there was tracking information. However, it was obvious that they did not ship it until I reached out. The gift finally arrived today, over a week after Christmas. Don't order from this company.

Ordered 2 sweatshirts that I never received, after 6 weeks tracking said they were delivered, but I never received a thing. Sent multiple emails to the company with no response.
