Love the watch! Great product and great service!

I love this watch but unfortunately the band design has big issues with the clasp and attachment sites. When I went back to the place of purchase they told me they couldn't help. I went to an other jeweler and paid for repairs but it still is not right and comes undone. Very sad

I purchased a Obaku watch - it keeps time perfectly... BUT the mesh band is a nightmare for some reason the mesh started to unravel - catching on clothes and scratching my skin. Taken back and had to purchase a replacement band $40.00. Not even 6 months later its happening again - was advised best thing i can do is buy another watch or pay another $40.00 to replace another mesh band. Hindsight I should have purchased a better quality watch, If I am to purchase another faulty band I will be up to $250.00 spent on this watch.
Please have a look at the quality of your watch bands.

I brought a obaku watch from Angus & Coote model: V225LXCIMC on 3/6/20. I took to A & C their jeweller said it wasn't the battery. So A & C sent to Obaku they said it was the battery, when I went to pick it up it wasn't the right time, the sales lady set to right time we went away for 15min, came back and it hadn't moved to right time. I should get a new watch, because still under warranty.
My daughter had a Obaku hers stopped working too, but they repaired hers.

In general quite nice. However, depending on the browser you use it can be difficult to pay online. It would be great if they fixed that.

Extremely prompt delivery arrived within 2 days beautifully packaged and my husband loves his gift with its elegant design and muted colour that suits any outfit

It was a couple of years ago that I first came across a ladies Obaku watch in a jewellery store. I liked the style and simplicity of the watch, plus the fact that it was Danish made made me buy it straight away as a birthday present for my daughter. Ever since then I have been wanting one for myself as well, and that is what I have just done, bought one for myself and I'm very happy with it, so basic, so simple and so beautiful, just love it. Being Swedish myself, I am always happy to purchase Scandinavian products, I know I can trust its quality, so I am indeed very proud to wear my Obaku watch.

Ordered a watch that wasn’t in stock anymore and immediately got an email proposing options (wait, choose another model or get a refund). Finally got it and husband is really pleased with it. Great customer service!

Received a beautiful watch for my Father for Christmas. He is so pleased with it! He told me he hasn't had a watch like this in 45 years, and that it was his favourite gift he'd ever received. It was a very special moment for me as this is the first time I've been able to purchase a legitimate Christmas gift for him. To see my Father so happy with his beautiful watch brought me to tears. Thank you so much, Obaku. I look forward to buying a watch for myself in the near future.

When I spend 135€ on a watch, I expect it to be in stock/available - especially at Christmas time!

Furthermore, my order then got stuck at customs delaying the delivery once more..

I have not yet received my watches due to no fault of Obaku. However, I am so impressed by the Obaku Team Member (hereafter OTM) who assisted me with my purchase earlier this month that I am leaving a review. I found the OTM very pleasant and responsive; professional and helpful.

I have not received my watches because Customs requires documentation from the express shipped to be submitted in PDF format. In order to comply, I returned to the original confirmation email from the OTM who assisted me to generate the purchase details (i.e. confirmation email) as a PDF. I mistakenly replied and sent a message to the OTM--as my action was accidental, the reply included no message.

Imagine my surprise yesterday when I saw and opened an email from the OTM with the necessary and unrequested invoice as a PDF!

Thank you OTM! Wishing you and the Obaku Team all the best for the upcoming year!

The Obaku Watch ASK-Charcoal product is valid, it arrived intact, but it has a problem, the hour and minute hands are illegible as they are of the same color as the background. Whick solution to you saggest?

this watch is just the pops, no battery, and you do not have to wear it all the time to keep it going, and the thin watch is so great to wear, this is just the bees knees
