Watch more beautiful than in the pictures
The delivery of my watch took longer than expected, but I was immediately contacted by the Obaku staff, who gave me an option either to wait, or to receive a refund. I received the watch exactly that day when I was told I will.
I can't be more than happy that I decided to wait! The watch is even more beautiful than in the pictures, the explanatory video on how to adjust the bracelet was super clear, and it's easy to get going with it.
Really really love my new Obaku watch!

The watch felt slightly lighter than I expected. I was expecting a bit of a heft, reassuring a solid build like my Obaku Torden. But this felt quite light. Made me a bit concerned as to whether
It did feel a bit flimsy too. It would also be better if the dials were made of gold-coloured metal instead of white plastic.
Overall, while the watch has a rather brilliant shade of blue that goes well with gold body, it does not have the "luxury" feel. It does remind me of the 3 for $10 watches found in flea markets in my country.

Just what I wanted and couldn’t find elsewhere!
Beautiful two tone watch is lovely size. White watch face with gold hands makes it easy for me to see - even without my glasses 🤓. Great for work and formal occasions and the quality is obvious. This is my third Obaku and I love them. Great investment.

Just received my Ark
Just received my Ark - Cyan after waiting over a month (Romania). It was worth the wait. It makes me happy every time I look at it.
The only trouble is ... now I also need to buy the Ark - Steel so I can match any outfit.

Because I got an Obaku watch for my birthday from my wife, I ordered a beautiful LIV-DUSK watch for my wife for Valentine's Day. Ordering was easy and it was send with Fedex. Delivery was sooner than expected! Thank you Obaku, we created a big and happy smile on my wife's face ;)

Problems with the clasp. Poorly designed.
I have endless problems with the clasp. It keeps coming undone. Yesterday it fell off my wrist and onto the street. Fortunately it was undamaged. I am actually scared to wear the watch now which defeats the purpose.

Oh dear - we are really sorry to hear about this issue. All our mesh bracelets have a safety buckle, so you first put the clasp in place and then put the safety buckle over the clasp. Please if you can contact your nearest Obaku service center to have them look at it for you. I am sure there is an easy solution, as this should not normally be happening. You can find your nearest service center at www.obaku.com/servicecenter.

Obakus choice of shipping - FedEx - delivered two days after they told me to be home a whole day for them to deliver.
So Obaku should choose a better shipping partner.
