I don’t have any business with Oakheart at the moment, however after the wonderful helpful advice Richard gave me, I will be very tempted to use them in the future! I cannot fault the lettings team. They are up on all the ever changing legal stuff of having tenants & keep the landlords and tenants in good hands. I couldn’t believe a couple people left a bad review for this company but then I did notice those same people ONLY leave bad reviews for all companies they encounter. I don’t trust the type of reviewer who only complains, are they rude and bad tempered all the time, probably. Another letting agent wanted my business but I wanted the best.

As a first time buyer, avoid these people at all cost. Inflated the property way too high as soon as they see buyers intent, did not give out vital information and only about selling and making profits.

During our house search ,I met George and he understood my schedule for viewing, made the viewing experience easy ,still in the process but in all George is a good representative of oakheart properties. Look forward to moving in and completing all necessities
