Very straight forward application…

Very straight forward application process. No messing about like some people wanting bank statements and so on. Great communication throughout the process. Very pleased and a very good rate compared to what ive been offered elsewhere.

Oakbrookadvance / fino loans was a massive help in getting me the loan I needed money was in my account straight away with a monthly payment worked around what I can pay very good service if I need help also kind regards Carl

False Default being registered

This loans company has caused more grief than relief, they act like as if they care about your situation and are there to help, however after missing a payment and requesting a holiday payment relief it went downhill after i was threatened with being defaulted once i was informed my account was defaulted which was a misinformation, then further down the line my account was defaulted by mistake because the agent i spoke to didnt update the system but just made notes.
This is by far the worst company i have dealt with. Even though they said they would rectify their mistake by the time this is fixed it would have caused great damage on my file as a default is one of the worst things that can happen and is on your file for 6 years even if paid off.
