Straight forward application good customer support

The application process was easy using the online facility. I was not bombarded with questions, only having to cpmplete necessary questions about my loan. My successful application was decided upon very promptly, and the funds in my bank account in no time at all. I had all the paperwork available through the Oakbrook website and have been kept informed of when the monthly payments were due by text. As I had set up a Direct Debit for the monthly payments, this was still comforting. Should I need a further loan in the future, Oakbrook will be my first choice.

The loan was good . And set up fast. But when it come to top up when I’d paid every month on dot , I wasn’t aloud one cause credit had gone down slightly.i had paid all but 131 pound of my loan when I applied for top up . That I had lots emails texts of them for months . I think I’m these situations, you’ve proven you can pay and you do pay each month. That you should be aloud a small top up . I only wanted cause car repairs and not that much either . Yet declined. That is rubbish . But I suppose all companies are the same . Just a shame it cannot be done .

Excellent service , quick, hassle free from start to finish

The initial process was flawless. Then they tell you. Now your a customer if you pay on time and never miss a payment. You can have another loan with out all the forms as they have your payment record and all your details. Then you get the constant offers emailed to you . You can have this you can have that. Only to fill in the whole forms again and be told no. You can't afford it. I don't understand. I have never been late and never missed a payment a top up would bring my payments down but at every turn it's a no. Next day same email different amount go through it all again computer says no. I give up only a few payments left then it's goodbye from me. It's nice to know they don't trust you even though your never late and never miss a payment.
