I needed a rubber ring for the filter of the swimming Pool. Not a daily question and problem. The service was quick en friendly. The old rubber was fixed, and a new one was given. No payment was asked. Were can you find such a friendly and helpful service nowadays?

Be careful regarding this site
Be careful regarding this site. What happened is that I asked about an o-ring epdm rubber and I asked if they had it. Yes, they did have it althou from a different supplier and they sent me quote just like that. When I checked first the email it said to click View/Accept quote, I dont want to click on it before knowing the price, I had to ask several times how much it cost, finally he told me and I said no thanks. Well, I thought that was the end of it, then kept sending me emails about the quote. I didnt reply back, he continued now and then sending me that is the final chance to click on the quote. I told cant send quotes just like that when I only asked if they had the item and also no price on the email but needing to click on quote. Be careful!

The reminder emails you received are sent automatically and not manually by our team. Normally, these stop once a customer indicates they are not interested, but in your case this was unfortunately not handled correctly.
Based on your experience, we have now improved our process by separating the “view quotation” and “accept quotation” buttons. This ensures that customers can first clearly review pricing and details without any confusion.
