livraison trop longue

Merci pour votre retour. Nous sommes désolés d'apprendre que vous avez trouvé le délai de livraison trop long, d'autant plus que nous essayons toujours d'offrir les meilleurs délais possibles pour l'expédition de nos commandes.
Après vérification de votre commande, nous avons constaté que le paiement a été reçu après 12h00 le jour de la commande. C'est la raison pour laquelle votre commande a été expédiée le 4 juin.
Concernant la livraison, notre délai de transit standard avec GLS vers la France est de 1 à 3 jours ouvrés. Votre colis a été livré le 8 juin, ce qui correspond à ce délai annoncé.
Nous comprenons toutefois que les attentes peuvent parfois être différentes. Si vous avez un besoin urgent lors d'une prochaine commande, n'hésitez pas à contacter notre service client. Nous pourrons alors étudier avec vous les différentes options de livraison plus rapides afin que vous receviez vos produits le plus rapidement possible.
