I don't think that this product suited…
I don't think that this product suited my skin as I broke out in small bumps all over after about day 2 of use of the trial week. This was disappointing as I was hoping to be able to change over and support an Irish brand. I did try to find reviews about the products on the skin after this happened and no one else seemed to have the same issue. There was one product missing from the trial pack - and an extra glisten was put in instead. Trial pack took one week to arrive.

Skin is incredibly individual and complex, and there really is no one-size-fits-all approach. Changes such as small bumps can have many contributing factors, including hormones, weather, increased sun exposure, lifestyle and environmental changes, as well as how new skincare is introduced. Sometimes a slower, more methodical introduction of products is needed to find what works best for an individual’s skin.
We’re also very sorry to hear that you received an additional Glisten instead of one of the products in your Trial Pack. We have checked our customer service records and unfortunately we didn’t receive any contact from you about this. Had we known, we would have been more than happy to investigate and rectify any packing error straight away.
Your order was placed on Saturday 6th June and included both a Trial Pack and Travel Pack. It was fulfilled from our Mayo warehouse on 12th June during a particularly busy summer period.

Great products, best on the market
Of all products cheap and expensive, this is by far the best on the market. The feeling on the skin for only a few drops is amazing. I've shared the love and bought some sample packs for friends. Service and follow up service is good too.
One constructive criticism is the packaging. I bought the full sized products. They weren't secured inside the box with adequate packaging and the boxes were a little damaged from moving about in transit but the bottles were perfect. Thank you for the wonderful products and I wish you the best in your business. I'll definitely be buying from you again.

Above and beyond service and excellent products
I was heading away on holiday and realised I wouldn’t have the trial pack delivered in time. I contacted Nyrah customer service and I had the products delivered the very next day. The women I had contact with via email were so helpful and friendly.
Now the important part, the trial pack is amazing my skins complexion has hugely improved, brighter and fines lines reduced. I will be investing in the full size products. I highly recommend.

Lovely products

Nyrah were very efficient and helpful . I recieved my trial pack promptly . Unfortunately with no fault to the products I was very sensitive to Nyrah products . I have very sensitive skin . I was very disappointed as I had read so many good reviews and was looking forward to using them .

Just to give a little context on this delivery, this order was placed at 9pm on Monday 1st June, which was the June Bank Holiday. Our warehouse had it packed and fulfilled by Wednesday 3rd June, and it then entered the An Post delivery network, with delivery completed on Monday 8th June.
We always do everything we can to get orders packed and dispatched promptly, but once a parcel has entered the An Post network, the final delivery timeframe is unfortunately outside our control.
