Unfortunately you don’t get enough…
Unfortunately you don’t get enough product in the trial pack to last a full week, I feel this should be clear before buying it. I was under the impression it was a month supply. Lots of my friends felt the same and felt duped.
I had emailed and had been replied to about this issue and then was left hanging so this is why the 1 star review.

Hi Jess, we’re genuinely sorry to see a one-star review, particularly as there appears to have been a misunderstanding about what our Trial Pack is designed to provide. Our Trial Pack contains 7 x 5ml products and at no point do we advertise or describe it as a month’s supply. It is not a subscription product; it was created to give customers the opportunity to experience all seven products in the Nyrah routine before deciding whether they would like to invest in the full sizes.
How long a Trial Pack lasts varies from person to person. We have customers who get approximately one week from it and others who get two to three weeks, depending on application and familiarity with concentrated skincare. With Nyrah, less really is more, and only very small amounts are required.
We manufacture and fill our own skincare here in Mayo, which enabled us to develop this trial format and make our complete routine available in smaller 5ml sizes. We were particularly sorry to read that you felt “duped”. We had not received any contact from you about these concerns before seeing your review and would have really appreciated the opportunity to help. Direct customer care is a very important part of our business, whether that means explaining quantities, helping with application or simply answering a question. Nyrah Customer Service
I have purchased a huge amount of Nyrah products but recently a customer service issue left me feeling like an unappreciated customer. Also, if I purchased the amount of lancome or estee lauder id have received free samples or a gift with purchase - Nyrah doesn't do this and im going to revert back. Also, when you buy any other cleanser it comes in a 200ml bottle- 50mls is not adequate and im buying a lot of cleanser as a result and lastly the pipette bottles are bad quality - they need to invest more money as we are paying over the odds.

We were therefore sorry to read that you felt unappreciated. We haven’t received any direct contact from you regarding these concerns, and we really wish you had come to us first, as speaking directly with our customers and helping where we can is a very important part of what we do.
We’re actually very flattered to be compared with major international beauty houses such as Lancôme and Estée Lauder. We are a small independent Irish company manufacturing and filling our own bespoke formulations here in Mayo. We haven’t worked on the formulations or products of the brands you mention, so it wouldn’t be appropriate for us to comment on their product sizes, formulations, pricing or promotional strategies.
What we can speak to is Nyrah. Our formulations are bespoke to us, multi-purpose and made using premium-grade, clinically backed active ingredients. They are concentrated products where less is more, so comparing products purely on the number of millilitres in a bottle doesn’t necessarily provide a like-for-like comparison. If you are going through your cleanser particularly quickly, we would be very happy to discuss the recommended amount with you.
Our serums are packaged in quality glass bottles with pipettes, and we are not aware of an issue with their quality. However, if you have experienced a fault with a particular bottle, please contact us directly so we can investigate it rather than leaving you dissatisfied.
While we may not follow the same gifting model as multinational brands, we do give value back through loyalty credit, referral rewards and regular customer offers.

I’ve never had a skin care routine…
I’ve never had a skin care routine other than soap and moisturiser but I very much enjoyed how easy the Nyrah day to night program is! I wouldn’t know a cleanser from a toner but the way the bottles are described and the clear steps makes this straight forward and actually enjoyable. I still have blemishes in my 40s and I found even in the short trial period that these actually settled a bit. My oily yet dry skin seemed smoother and moist- consistent across my face. I felt like I looked fresher and that the age lines seemed less noticeable. I am looking forward to getting my upgrade set soon. Also a bonus that it’s a local company! I had to stop the trial as I broke out…
I had to stop the trial as I broke out in redness, spots & lumps all around my chin area. Fortunately it cleared up quickly when I stopped using the products.

It took my skin a while to settle as I suffer from mild rosacea. But with all sensitive skin I have good days and bad. Gradually introduction was recommended by the Nyrah team and since I have only seen improvement.

I got these to try for clients
I got the full sized hydration set because I loved the travel kit so much and have been looking for good, cruelty free skincare which is good for dry/textured or mature skin for models/actors I need to skin prep before makeup.
This brand is designed for 40+ year olds and although I am under 40, I found the travel kit great. It cleared my skin, it helped with hydration of my face and neck and my skin didn't feel dried out or tight when using it.
I didn't use the tanning item in the travel kit as I am fair skinned with red hair and have no use for tanning items and with the full sized bundle, I tried the SPF but really didn't like the oily consistency for me.
I have found that the full size doesn't keep my skin as clear as the travel kit which is odd as the cleanser is the same and I actually preferred the consistency of the travel kit cleanser and the moisturiser of the full size is the only one that struggles to dispense out of it's container.
Other than that, I like the packaging and the feel of the company and the personal emails from them.
I also found out through my family history searching that some of my family came from where this brand is which is even cooler.

Great products to try 💯
I have always use Elemis pro collegan range & I ran out of moisturiser. Seen this range on Facebook & decided to gave Nyrah sample pack a try. I have to say I love the products & how they make my skin feel. I particularly love the serum & peptides. Drench, Transform & Glisten absorb into skin leaving a really healthy glow. The Absorb moisturiser makes the skin soft & feeling like velvet. Not so keen on the infuse, day time moisturiser.
Love the card that tells you the AM & PM routine. I will be purchasing more products when Im finished all my Elemis products 👍
