Order was placed on 12/8, as of 12/13 I have not received confirmation email. The Order number is not in there system. I have sent email after email and the issue was not resloved. My payment has been processed and posted to my bank account on 12/12. I have no way to track my package or who the carrier is .

I was told understaffed, tried to cancel the order was told ( per emails) the orderl was being processed for shipping (12-12). Still no conformation email and cannot pull up the order number.

My money has been stolen. I'm warning everyone do not shop at NYC.

My boots came in covered in mud. They were also ripped and clearly used. I contacted the company immediately and they refuse to send me a return label because they want me to pay for it.

I use to love this company - especially for their tall items. Recently I ordered 6 items, and they shipped 5 of them totally wrong. Not even things I ordered. I have been trying to get in touch with customer service with zero reply (seems they got rid of their online chat, too). Absolutely ridiculous. Now I'm stuck with all these items I didn't order, have paid for them, and can't get a refund or the correct items shipped. This is fraud. Had a problem with my last order too, the "tall" yoga pants were so short that they were about 4 inches about my ankles.

If I could give zero stars I would. Since closing all brick and mortar’s, only providing online shopping the purchasing and return experience is horrible. From inconsistent sizing to quality of clothing. I am now going on day 41 of requesting a refund. I used my NY&Co card to purchase. I ordered items mid October and returned same week which allowed sufficient time for said return processing time to be credited to card. Well that didn’t happen and I had to pay card the amount I’m awaiting refund for to avoid late payment penalty. I am currently in dispute and attempting to receive money owed. This company has new ownership and is terrible. Often when calling you cannot get customer service to answer and the corporate number given is invalid. BUYER BEWARE!!

NY and Company is the worst company. I dont know what happened to them but they should really be closed down. I used to shop at their stores and even online years ago but the past 1.5 since their stores closed down ordering online and doing returns is a NIGHTMARE. This is the 3rd time I have ordered trying to be hopeful but had horrible experiences all 3x. They will not refund you your returns. I returned items processing them online. I cant find that it was returned on their site but I took to the post office 3 weeks ago and even have the tracking number. I am still responsible for paying the credit card or else Ill have to pay interest. I do not trust this company enough to pay in full because I dont believe they will send me a check for the credit I overpaid for the return. This is the 2nd time I have not been refunded. I dont know why I even gave them another chance. PLEASE DONT ORDER FROM THEM....save yourself the hassle. It feels like theft to me.

If I could have given zero stars I would have. I placed an order in October about 10 to 12 pieces and out of that amount only 4 pieces fit. I returned the other items on November 10 and as of today I have not gotten a refund. I am so pissed because that’s almost $200 worth of items I have paid for and I have not gotten a refund and I can’t even get through to them. This has truly been the worst experience I have every had with any return. I just want my money back!😪

There is zero support from customer service, and they have ridiculous policies. Last year, around this same time, I placed an order with 5 or 6 items. They were all terrible quality - missing buttons, not at all as described - and they took forever to issue the refund. Since it had been a year, I thought I would try them one more time. I ordered 5 items. Two were suit pieces, listed as the same exact color, and they were nowhere near the same color. One of the sweaters came with a large rip/hole in the front. Even though these are clearly quality issues, they will not offer any sort of exchange, and I have to pay a $10 handling fee to return them. The other two items were okay (very odd fits), and I may have kept them, but since I'm paying for shipping and they are running this company so poorly, I packed them right up along with the others to return. How are they getting away with selling these terrible products and then charging customers a return fee? Even worse, shipping costs are for UPS when the items are sent, but the returns go through the USPS, which means longer return times. I wish I had not given them another chance. Avoid this company.

This place isn’t the same no more. Customers service is rude and doesn’t reply back to your email. I have paid for expedited shipping and now my package is lost. I have been calling UPS and nothing. I asked them to reach out to see what’s going on and was told to wait. I spend to much money for them to be so rude and still haven’t received my package 😤

Customer service is the absolute WORST! They prefilled an incorrect address when I placed order online. I corrected it and placed the order. It STILL showed shipping to wrong address. They wouldn't cancel it and wouldn't re-route it. Said I had to contact carrier when ships. UPS (that's a whole other story!) said I had to contact the shipper. After three days of going back and forth, it's still not over. Now some dude in Georgia is going to get a package of women's clothes. I don't even know what happens from there! Absolutely ridiculous. New York & Company did not apply my returns to my credit card and it appeared on my credit report as a non-payment for over 90 days as a past due. As a result, this is causing my home loan to be denied and they aren't answering the phones and/or when they do, they really can't offer any support. I paid the silly card off and closed the account. When I found out about this, I did speak to a Rep. who took my fax number however never fax the paperwork to me.

It's been two weeks now since I placed my order, and the order hasn't even shipped. I reached out to customer service to just cancel it since its outside of their 6-8 business days window and they are refusing to do so. I asked for any update on when the order will be shipped and there's no answer. The website also clearly states that it ships orders from warehouses in USA.

Terrible at returns- don’t buy if you are not sure size and fit . Total lack of communication and excessive time to process return

Terrible return policy. First your charged for shipping. $7.99, then charged, $9.95 to return the item. Losing $17.00 in the transaction and received absolutely nothing!
No emails about refunds.

I am sorry to say that NY& Co does not value it's customers and has horrible customer service representatives. I have been basically berated by a rep for ordering an item that didn't fit. I ordered a jumpsuit in an XL, which is what I normally wear in NY& Co pants. However, this particular jumpsuit runs big because when I received it, it was extremely too large. I called CS to inquire about an exchange. I was told that they do not do exchanges. I could reorder the item and return the one that doesn't fit. The jumpsuit was on sale when I ordered it and so I asked for a price adjustment for the same item just a smaller size. The rep asked me why did I order an XL when I knew it was going to be too big and why don't I know what size I wear. When I told her about her audacity to talk to me in such a way she hung up. I called back, but kept getting a recording to call back during business hours. I called again from another number and the same rep answered. I asked for a supervisor and she said they were all in a meeting and hung up.
NY& Co was once one of my favorite places to shop when it was a store front. I can no longer do business with a company that allows it's reps to disrespect the customers.

The most irresponsible company ever! I ordered two items. One hasn’t been ever delivered. They said it was out of stock but they’ve never notified me about it! For another item they charged me more than the price set on their website. After 3 emails I sent them they said the lower price was “due to website issue which we are trying to fix”. Refused to refund me the difference that was their fault. Two and a half weeks later the price on the website is still not corrected. It means they are just lying to you but you’ll find it out after you are charged. Be attentive how much they charge you! Be aware that you might pay for shipping thinking you’ll receive all you ordered but in fact you’ll receive only some.

Don't buy here. They had less than half my order in stock and they took weeks to return my money.

I like NY&Company for tall pants and other trendy fun items, but I just can’t do it anymore. My last order, 3 of the 4 items were cancelled without notification. I paid expedited shipping and the one item that shipped, still hasn’t arrived after two weeks, and no communication from them about cancellations/delays. Returns are painfully slow and cumbersome. I will never again order from this company.

This is the worst company I have ever had to deal with, I got a item in damaged and they charged me a return fee, I called them and they said they would note my account and not charge me for damed item returns. They did not follow through and as you can see by all the negative reviews they dont care. Dont say I didn't warn you.

I placed an order in June. Most of the items did not fit. Some were too big and some were too small; they were all the same size. I returned them in July and it was received in the warehouse on July 21st. I have called and sometimes they were even rude. I have emailed and they send me the same response. It has been 2 months and 3 days and I still don't have my refund. You can't hold their items without paying for them this long. I sent my las email today. I just want my money back and they NEVER have to worry ablout me again.

Terrible business practice. I ordered a top and a bottom. They canceled my top cause they didn't have it in stock in the warehouse even though it was online and in stocks. So, they sent me half of an outfit.. no email about the item, no credit, just sent me whatever they want. If I jst wanted the bottom, I would have jst orderd the bottom, now they won't refund my money.. never again. I cut up the credit card..
