Five star customer service!
Five star customer service, specifically Aubrey! I had to exchange a swim top that was too big. Unfortunately the smaller size was sold out, but Aubrey offered a little discount on my next order and put me on the waitlist in case a smaller size popped up. Kind people
Everyone that I speak to via text or in an email or always very very nice. That’s why it makes it hard to leave less than positive review. I’ll be honest I have not had the best experience with this brand that I still love so very much because of what it represents and the founders are just great people. There has just been a pattern of always missing out. I’ve received a text for a discount or free shipping hours after placing a $700 order and a $300 order right after it. So when I connect the dots nothing is done to Reimburse Me. Technically they don’t have to but to receive that offer hours after making this purchase is very frustrating. Very disappointing to be told that they’re unable to accommodate it, but here is a free shipping for your next order which never applies because I usually order during a drop.

Great service and products
The clothing is great, customer service is fast and top notch, and they offered a discount for the troubles that were minor. Generally my order is processed and shipped very quickly and if there has ever been a need for support it has been met with friendly and efficient service always thanking me for my order and offering something for my time and minor trouble. Slow return and refund process
I have ordered from Nuuds before and every time I have returned an item, the return and refund process takes forever. I always have to call and check on the status and this time I was told there was a glitch in the system and my phone call alerted the team to manually process my refund. Even though the products are expensive, they are made of good quality. The customer service staff has always been helpful but I would like to see a better system for their return and refund process. The customer service rep, Camille I worked with was very helpful and responsive. I wish I could request Camille's assistance every time.

Quality customer service
After several orders with Nuuds, I received a sweater in this order with a missing button and another one falling off. I knew that this was not the usual quality of their clothing so I contacted customer service. I received a quick response and was more than pleased with the resolution. Also….
