My first order was only for a dozen…

My first order was only for a dozen acorn nuts. The Chrome is show quality and the tooling excellent. Order was processed and shipped quickly. The concern for quality and customer satisfaction gets a top rating from me.

My orders always come on time, the price is good, and shipping is reasonable. I use Nutty Company for all of my fasteners.

Good service

I needed a single, hard-to-find nut. The Nutty Company made it easy to find and order It arrived in the mail a couple of days later. Perfect.

Wrong items sent! Now made right!

I ordered the right thing but they sent the wrong thing. I've called but haven't seen any action to correct the mistake yet.
Update
Nutty company contacted me and had sent the replacement the day I talked to them. They should arrive today. I appreciate the quick response they made to me as soon as they realized I was in the dark. A shout out to Lori for her help.

I paid for 2-3 day shipping

I paid for 2-3 day shipping. The product arrived in the evening 5 days after order placed. Had to rearrange schedule and smooth talk to keep people happy. Idk ?

They have a good selection of brass parts

They have a good selection of parts, particularly brass, which is not that easy to find.

I just wish I didn't have to order $100 to get free shipping, as the $8 shipping on orders below that amount is a little onerous when you only need to buy a 20-pack of brass screws!!!

I end up holding off on buying things until I can hit the $100 order size.
