I placed an order for bolts

I placed an order for bolts, 3 of them were the incorrect length. An easy mistake that was corrected with 1 phone call. Awesome customer service. Would use again. A+

Great service

Great service, price, and packaging. The web site is a pleasure to use. However, one recent order had one of four bolts incorrect, I'm sure they would have corrected it but I found it useful for something else.

Quick, Accurate and Cheap

Placed couple of orders to The Nutty Company. All orders arrived promptly and the content of the packages were as ordered. Their prices are very competitive (surely beats The Home Depot by far). The shipping fees were reasonable. I shall certainly shop again at their only store for my next order of nuts and bolts.
