You cancelled my order with no explanation, cleared my payment and then made me wait for my refund. All the time with no correspondence or replies to my communications.

Product never received
We paid for our product , but never received it. When we tried to call to discuss there was never any answer. It turned out that the parcel was being sent back to supplier having never received it at this end. We did not receive any tracking information etc. I tried to call to cancel and get a refund but again no answer. I did get an online chat and was told I would receive an email, but no email has appeared and more importantly no refund or product. Really poor service, and would not recommend.

Box arrived broken
Box arrived broken. I emailed to try to get it replaced or refunded and no response. Tried to call but seems there is no telephone number. Not a great customer experience. I have given them a chance to get back to me and tried several times to remind them but it seems they wont be getting back to us.

Thank you, so much. My Irish parents can’t believe they can put turf in the fire in the UK. It’s brought back many happy memories of their lives growing up in Ireland. My Dad said it was the best Christmas present ever! We will definitely be ordering on a regular basis.

I have bought products from this…
I have bought products from this company several times over the years and the quality of the product is always very good. The only downside is the packaging, obviously nuts and bolts are heavy and as such they get thrown around by the couriers so I would have thought the packaging would be much better than a small cardboard box. It’s not the end of the world but each time I have received a package it is damaged with a few bits missing.
I am only saying this so that they can improve this aspect of their service so that it’s better for everyone.
Apart from that a good service and product.👍

Do not order from this company. They have become non-responsive after taking payment, with no indication of the whereabouts of my order.
Placed an order on 13 July 2023 for some timber screws, due to the competitive pricing and good reviews. Payment has already been taken, but I've yet to receive my order, or any indication the my order is being processed, and im unable to get any response via email or phone. The project the timber screws were intended for has now had to be put on hold. Very disappointed and surprised given the good reviews the company has received.
As of 11 Aug 2023, i'm still unable to reach this company for a refund, by email or phone.
