The overall product is of good quality…
The overall product is of good quality however the delivery of the product has got more disappointing every time I use them, such a shame as they used to be very good and I would get the delivery within the week.

Don't fix what isn't broken.....
As another reviewer has said - the packaging has changed so now comes with a welded thick film lid - 50/50 chance of peeling it off successfully with dry hands, no chance with wet hands - and your hands will more often than not be a bit wet from handling the pack - then as you can't seal the tub again, it'll stink your fridge out.
On another note - it seems they've changed the food manufacturing method too - the ingredients list seems to be the same, but the food is now, in my opinion, over-processed and has a very slimy consistency - it sticks to the bowl and looks even less appealing than before.
And to top it all off, I started a two weekly subscription - only for the second delivery to arrive after 16 days which meant I ran out of food.

We understand how difficult the new film lids can be to remove, particularly when handling food, and appreciate your concerns about storing leftovers. We have resealable lids coming into circulation shortly, which we will be sending out to each customer to make storing food easier again, for now you can put cling film over the meat to keep it fresh.
Regarding the consistency of the food, we’re sorry to hear that you’ve noticed a difference and would appreciate the opportunity to look into this further with you. We’re also sorry that your subscription arrived later than expected, leaving you short of food. This isn’t the experience we want our customers to have. The delivery from DPD went to an…
The delivery from DPD went to an unknown address. I contacted DPD and registered the failed delivery. I contacted Nutriment and have not received a replacement order or a call about the issue. I have the 6 week subscription so now I have had to find alternative food for my dog, I am out of pocket by nearly £100 and nobody from the company has contacted me.

What has happened to the tubs 🙁 the perfectly reusable lid has been replaced by an awful plastic film. When you have smaller dogs that don't eat a whole tub in one go you can no longer replace the lid and pop it back in the fridge. We have to transfer it into a Lidded tub instead and having arthritic hands I can't easily peel back the plastic film when defrosted as its slippery and hard to get hold of. What a shame a perfectly good vessel has now been spoilt.

Incorrect proteins delivered
Incorrect proteins delivered. After 4 phone calls to try and get a resolution, I was told by customer services that the order was fine as they'd delivered the correct number of items even if it wasn't what I'd actually ordered.

Product is great, delivery not so great!
The products are good and my dogs enjoy it. The problem is that sometimes it’s being packed in one large cardboard box which means that one box weighs over 30kg! I requested DHL as I had a bad experience with the DPD driver refusing to bring the boxes into my house. This time, the DHL driver was about to leave the delivery on the doorstep, but I managed to stop him and asked him to bring it inside for me. He reluctantly did this but struggled to move the heaviest box and ended up half rolling it and left it in the middle of the floor and I had to push other rest of the way myself. If boxes are going to be packed over 30kg the delivery drivers need to be able to lift them and put them where required. Otherwise, they need to be packed in smaller boxes.

The dog food was not in the usual polystyrene box so the food was part defrosted, first time this has happened in five years.

Excellent customer service
I've been using Nutriment for 9 years and have been very happy with the quality of the dog food and the customer service.
In all that time, I've only had 2 issues with the delivery and in both cases they were resolved by Nutriment on the same day with a minimum of fuss.
