Dear Amir
Thank you for your review.
Please accept our apologies regarding the non communication, the Christmas 2-week shut down played a part in that.
I can see that you are indeed dialoging with my colleague by email as we speak.
Unfortunately Israel's postal / delivery system is letting us down, as we sent your product 3 Dec 2018.
Please be aware that we are working on it and are in communication with you.
Kind regards

Dear Leandro
Thank you for your review.
Having looked into this, I am sure you now realise that the address inserted on your order was not properly completed which meant the product was returned to us.
We emailed you on 7th December alerting you to this fact, and resent the product out to you, which you received 12th December.
Hopefully you can re evaluate our rating now this has been cleared.
Kind regards

Thank you for your review.Great to hear about delivey speed!
Yes, the labelling. We have labelling legislation to adhere to which means there's a lot of information we have to disclose on such a small space. Hence the label over label. Sorry that you have recieved a tricky one!
We are however looking to move onto pouches next year :)
