Skinny Coffee Club Arvostelua 

Really disappointed. Have been using them for years but placed an order and paid for fast delivery and did not receive items - its been over a month. Contacted them twice with no response. Have now contacted my bank. I won't be using them ever again.

Unbelievably poor. Placed an order on the 10th January 2026. Chased it with the company for 4-5 weeks. No response to emails or even customer chat. Reported to my credit card regarding not receiving the product and I was refunded. A claim is in place with Skinny Coffee and today I am emailed to say they are disputing my claim! 6 months coffee not delivered, no emails, no messages, no coffee. What are you disputing! Very poor. I have been a loyal customer for three years also.

This company is an absolute joke. Ordered over two weeks ago. Emailed them at least five times to know avail ended up having to contact my bank.

If I could have given them none, then I would. I ordered 2 sachets 28 days, Day & Night. I received an e.mail stating that they were out of stock for the Night & would I like them to forward 2 Day sachets, I RESPONDED IMMEDIATELY & SAID NO, wait until the Night comes in. The order arrived & there were 2 Day sachets. That was almost 2 weeks ago & I have been e.mailing them ever since. They have ignored me, not refunded, not sent the correct product. Disgusting customer service. The product is good & so, they can keep one star for that. There appears to be no contact telephone number. What a racket. How can this be legal ?

If I could give them no stars I would. Ordered last October. It is January and no order or refund. I paid over $100. They promised a refund then ghosted me. I’m signing up for Trustpilot just for this. I don’t want anyone else to get scammed.

Absolutely won’t use them again. I placed my order 05.01.26, money was paid but still not had my order. I’ve chased many times but no one is coming back to me, tried contacting on live chat but that is a waste of time as no one connects with you. What a terrible service

Skinny coffee superboast does NOT work! On top of that they demanded I return the EMPTY container which cost me $5.50, why?!?!?! It was empty. I faithfully took it everyday, most days twice a day and at the same time each day, per the instructions. No reduction in waistline, no weight loss. And to make me pay to ship their container back is ridiculous as they can NOT use it again for legal helth reasons.

Since having problems with my order and having to get bank involved. I’ve had a call from Kyle the director. Who has looked into my problems & has hopefully sorted out his customer service team and dispatched side of business. I’ve since had something sent to me, so thank you for that. I will be using this company again & hopefully it will be smoother experience

Order never received

Ordered 10 days ago. Paid over £6 postage for delivery of 1-2 days. Still nothing. Emailed several times and said there is a delay in stock but wasn’t informed previously.no date confirmed as to when I will get it and no refund of postage or product

didn't think I'd ever lose weight without being chained to a treadmill. But I was pleasantly surprised by Skinny Coffee Club. I've been doing the original program plus the night edition and also following the nutrition guides that are included. The actual coffee didn't magically melt away pounds but it did help control my hunger pangs and gave me that extra boost of energy I needed during my day. I'm glad I gave Skinny Coffee a shot!

I used to order regularly till they changed their shipping process and i never received my orders… customer service took a while to respond in my last correspondence as they kept telling me they’re escalating my issue till finally i got really annoyed and they refunded me.. a real pity as they were very efficient with postage and the product is excellent…. However I stopped buying it due to the reasons above 😞

good product - tastes good

After i made a review about product not received, the customer service contacted me and I now have received my product. I assumed they have changed their customer service team and I'm really happy with this. In terms of the coffee, I dont know how much this coffee can help in losing weight, but I like the taste and it helps to reduce my bloating. Keep up the good work skinny coffee!!

Never got my package and I paid premium shipping as well. Their customer service is terrible and they don’t even look to resolve any issues or concerns you have

I used this for 3 weeks and didn't loss anything curb my appetite first few days but nothing else have used diet teas before and lost a few pounds but this didn't do anything for me

Lovely tasting & I had alot of bloating but I'm certain this helps

Bought 3 boxes of the intense weight loss when it arrived only had 3 weeks date on it when i contacted them they said i had to pay postage to return for longer date. Tastes not cery nice but could be because i had old stock i did find i wasnt as hungry but as yet lost nothing weight wise only pound i lost are the money £.lost rubbish dont waste your. Money
