I have used the company before and it… was great that time but, NOT this time

I have used the company before and it was very helpful. But this time I tried a new product paid my fee and that was Sept. 01 I just received an email that they have shipped out the orders from Aug. My order was approved on Sept. 01 so yes you can do the math it has been over 3 weeks and still no product. So I gave it 2 stars because I am far from pleased with the shipping of a product. I didn't just spend money to see how long I can go without a product I paid for.
