They’ve always been a solid company and team with me. High quality products and a very responsive support team. Honestly one of the better experiences I’ve had with any online provider. 10/10. Only issues I’ve ever had were things out of their reasonable control.

I'm not going to be using this product at this point in time but they have great customer service and got right back to me, which a lot of companies surprisingly cannot manage to do. For example if you're familiar with Inner Balance/Libidia, they will only message you through their portal - in 3 days - they won't email you, they DEFINITELY won't call you, and they won't give you any support at all AND they don't take responsibility for their unprofessionalism. Instead, they're RUDE! NU Image Medical's support was prompt, helpful, and great in every way! I bet their product is as well!

Nu Image has quality dependable products. Their support team is always available to help and solve any problem. I have found email works the best, but the support team is also available via phone. There is always doctors available to help with questions and with products. I have used their Semaglutide and Vitamin B injections.
