Nui Ami Limited Arvostelua

Staggeringly fast from placing order to receiving package.

I would be happy to provide a review if my order, due for delivery on 30th November, had arrived.

The 5 stars say it all-excellent service (as usual) and (as usual) top quality product.
best wishes and seasonal greetings

An excellent experience - again!

Went out of their way to deliver items for me . Thank u.

I bought a set of beautiful pyjamas for my wife on her birthday. I have shopped around widely and these were by far the most beautifully made and perfectly fitting. They are totally luxurious, and the perfect item for a very spoiling gift. They are to be treasured.

Nui Ami went to extraordinary lengths to deliver the highest quality customer service, and even couriered the product at no extra extra cost from Paris because the London shop had a low stock, and in time for my wife’s birthday. I cannot recommend this shop enough. I have been absolutely delighted with everything. If I could give them an even higher rating I would. These guys are the best.

So happy with my purchase. Delivered on time and the products are high quality! Definitely worth it!

Wonderful service. Efficient, attentive and intent on making purchaser satisfied. Totally satisfied with goods purchased and the hands on service. Highly recommend product.

Great product. Whole process couldn't have simpler. Prompt delivery. And I even received a follow up. Faultless.

An amazing and wonderful experience, thank you.
The whole experience of buying from Nui Ami Limited has been excellent, email queries answered quickly and comprehensively and I was kept up to date of the expected delivery of the goods I was interested in. The dressing gown was received in a beautiful gift box and is absolutely gorgeous! Also, received an aftersales email, what more could you aske for!!
I would strongly recommend anyone needing a treat to look at this website.

Just Beautiful, items have been & are beautifully made, gorgeous feel, lovely fabrics in a feminine & classic style, thank you for the lovely & now tangible evidence of a beautiful vision. ❤️

Great service, great product AND made in Wales.

Items arrived on time fitted well, would say true to size. However, one end on one of the belt loops on the robe was not sewn in properly and came away when I threaded the belt through. Obviously easier to mend it myself than return etc but not what I would expect to have to do when spending this sort of money. Hence score

The silk pyjamas are the ultimate in comfort and also excellent quality; my previous PJs lasted for years.

I am very happy to recommend the silk pyjamas in dove grey. I bought a pair as a present for my partner and she is delighted with them. The colour, cut and detailing and the feel of silk make them a really great gift.

Second purchase from Nui Ami and the delivery was quick and very nicely packaged. Both times have been delighted with the quality of the purchase.

Beautiful print and great fit, promptly delivered. I'd ordered 2 silk headbands from another company and the fit, design and feel of the material was uncomfortable, so was pleased to have had this great product delivered.

Lovely items and no trouble at all in changing the second item as the fit wasn't right. Lovely people to buy from

I just received my gorgeous Paris cashmere robe, WOW is all I can say, it is perfect in every way I love it so much. Sanjit was a delight to deal with always replied to my emails and gave me explicit instructions on how to care for my robe. Wonderful service, will certainly purchase items again. Thank you.
