NOW Tech Start is a nonprofit organization dedicated to creating practical opportunities for young IT specialists in Ukraine. We help junior developers, designers, QA engineers, business analysts, and project managers gain real project experience through challenges, hackathons, mentorship programs, and MVP development. Our mission is to bridge the gap between theoretical learning and real industry practice. Many juniors struggle to find their first job because they lack practical experience, teamwork skills, and projects for their portfolio. We address this problem by offering a structured and supportive environment where participants can learn by doing. We run IT challenges based on real business cases, organize collaborative hackathons, and guide teams through the full cycle of building MVP products. Every participant works with mentors, receives feedback, and develops skills that are essential for starting a career in tech. Our community includes motivated juniors, experienced mentors, and socially responsible partners who believe in developing talent in Ukraine. We also collaborate with organizations and companies to create custom challenges, educational initiatives, and social impact projects. NOW Tech Start operates with full transparency and a commitment to empowering young professionals. Through our programs, we aim to strengthen the Ukrainian tech ecosystem and provide life-changing opportunities for those entering the industry.
