This project was a valuable start to my journey in IT as a designer. It especially helped me improve my teamwork skills — communication, task distribution, and taking responsibility for shared results. Thanks to this experience, I gained a better understanding of real working processes.

Working with NowTechStart has been a genuinely valuable experience as a junior backend developer. What stands out most is the code review culture. Feedback from mentor is constructive and focused on best practices -not just "fix this," but explaining why. This pushed me to write cleaner, more consistent code and think more carefully about architecture decisions.
Another aspect I really appreciate is the positive atmosphere within the team. The daily meetings help everyone stay aligned, make it easy to ask questions, and create a strong sense of collaboration. My colleagues are supportive and always willing to help, which has made learning much easier and made the overall work environment both motivating and enjoyable.

A great opportunity for beginners to gain real hands-on IT experience. Personally, I developed valuable knowledge and practical skills as a junior front-end developer at Now Tech Start, including working in a team with a shared codebase and using Git for version control.

I also had the chance to collaborate across different teams, including designers, back-end developers, and QA, which significantly improved my communication skills. This experience has been very helpful in my job search (got an offer after 3 moths of volunteer work on this project), and overall, it was a truly positive and enjoyable experience.

I participated in NowTechStart as a mentor, and it was a genuinely rewarding experience. The platform creates a supportive environment where junior developers can work on real projects for local businesses while receiving proper guidance and feedback.

Working at NOW Tech Start was a great opportunity to grow as a Python Developer. I gained valuable hands-on experience building an MVP product using REST API, AWS S3, Docker, and PostgreSQL. Cool project, interesting tasks, super team

I’ve had a great experience working on web and mobile projects here. The company excels in providing the right tools for QA, such as Chrome DevTools for layout checks and Postman for API testing . The workflow is very efficient thanks to the Scrum methodology. It’s a supportive team where everyone is focused on the end-user experience, making it a great place for professional development

This project became a truly valuable and inspiring experience for me. I had the opportunity to work on real tasks, strengthen my UX thinking, and gain a deeper understanding of how product decisions are made — from idea to implementation.

I especially want to highlight the team. The atmosphere was open, friendly, and supportive. Communication was clear and productive, and I always felt comfortable asking questions and receiving constructive feedback. It was great to work in an environment where everyone’s contribution truly mattered.

I got a clear vision of the processes, project structure, and requirements for an Angular developer, which I simply couldn’t imagine before. The company’s strength is the opportunity to work with real tasks and grow through practice, not theory. This helped me survive dozens of interviews, dispel illusions, and learn to calmly wait for the result without giving up. It was this vision and experience that became key.

My participation in this project has been both an exciting and meaningful journey. At Now Tech Start, I found a team of like-minded people united by shared values and working together as one — truly wonderful individuals and dedicated professionals. I joined the project as a Junior PM, and throughout my time here I felt continuous support from the founder and the entire team, as well as the opportunity to learn from an experienced mentor. Thanks to this environment, I was able to grow quickly and received a job offer after just three months.

NOW Tech Start is a great opportunity for junior IT specialists to get a hands-on experience participating in real projects. IT courses can't give you the same amount of live communication with other teams, the same feeling when you're responsible for a real task. I highly recommend NOW Tech Start to anyone who wants to dive in the product development process and improve hard and soft skills.

I like that I’ve found a team where I can gain solid hands-on experience creating a real project, interact with all the team members, and see this internal “behind-the-scenes” process.
And there are also friendly mentors and team members here, great meetings, and inspiring brainstorming sessions

The Trendmate project taught me a lot: understanding the SDLC, teamwork, and it also gave me the opportunity to become the QA team lead. It was the first project where I learned how to write documentation and, most importantly, how to test. The downside was that I didn’t have the opportunity to thoroughly test the frontend part.
