Non ho letto le recensioni e ci sono cascato, ti vendono un prodotto diverso da quello descritto, poi ti propongono sconti sui prossimi acquisti tirandola per le lunghe.... aggiungono altri sconti ecc. Poi dopo quasi un mese di proposte accettano il reso a tue spese che ti costa quasi di più dell'oggetto acquistato. Veramente da dimenticare.

My order arrived a day earlier than planned, which was a nice surprise. The product is exactly what I hoped for—solid quality, great design, and very functional. Overall, a very satisfying purchase.

Ho effettuato un ordine il 3 novembre e ho ricevuto il prodotto il 20 novembre, con notevole ritardo.
L’articolo è arrivato senza istruzioni di montaggio e soprattutto non conforme a quanto pubblicizzato sul sito: materiali e qualità molto diversi dalle immagini e dalla descrizione.

Ho contattato l’azienda più volte. L’unica soluzione proposta è stata uno sconto del 10% per trattenere il prodotto, proposta che ho rifiutato perché non adeguata al problema.

Alla luce dell’esperienza, non consiglio l’acquisto. Servizio clienti e qualità del prodotto deludenti.

Esperienza pessima oggetto ordinato è arrivato con quasi 2 mesi di ritardo quanto arrivato totalmente differente da quanto ordinato.
Non accettano resi ma propongono un rimborso del 10% che si può patteggiare fino a raggiungere il 30% di rimborso
Ho intenzione di informare la polizia postale per sapere cosa è possibile fare per evitare truffe di questo tipo

Ordered 2 2TB Portable SSD's.
Order took longer than expected, was sent from HK via mainland China and sent through different carriers to the local railway station for collection by local courier.
Items did not perform as advertised, only achieving an average .3% of quoted upload speed (3Mb/s) and a little over 1% download. Company refused to refund after over a week of multiple emails, videos videos etc. finally agreed to replace goods at no charge (but at a cost of $34 AUD freight) Replacements were supposed to be checked and working correctly before dispatch. Exactly the same result again!! On examination the SSD's have been found to be a USB stick glued into an otherwise empty case, which can be purchased at around $8 online
Customer service appear to be extremely sympathetic an helpful but don't be fooled. Avoid these associated companies at all cost. Noviroa; Denerova; Infusion Limited; Linvora, and no doubt many more.

Goods take a long time, shipped from Hong Kong
and no way to return an item, despite consumer law stating that the customer has 30 days to return an item.
I sent dozens of emails asking for a return address
which I was not given and despite saying they would refund 70% of an item I didn't want they have not done this. NEVER BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE

Ich habe im Shop Pavoco eine Lichterkette bestellt, es wurde etwas Falsche geliefert und die Geld-zurück-Garantie sowie das Rückgaberecht wurden nicht eingehalen. Mir wurde lediglich eine Erstattung von 20% angeboten.

Malísimo servicio postventa y mediocres sus productos. Compré dos cámaras y no eran ni de la calidad esperada y una no funcionaba. He intercambiado email y solo te dan la posibilidad de adquirir otro producto con un suplemento de coste o devolverlo tu mismo a china con coste al cliente. Vulneran la ley del consumidor que te permite devoluciones y reintegro total del dinero sin coste. Lección aprendida: Comprar lo menos posible o nada a tiendas chinas donde su única ambición y objetivo es vender y donde los derechos de las personas no valen nada.

I paid $65 for a robotic puppy and what I have received was a cheep made and nothing like advertised toy .

Absolutely terrible company, avoid at all costs. Item arrived and was the wrong item and very poor quality, would not accept a return and full refund.
Not worth 1 star, please do not order from them.

I bought some headphones and tried to return them. 20 emails later, I'm allowed to send them back at my own expense, and won't be credited for a long time. They sent me several offers for % of credit, and really didn't seem to want me to return them. I never opened the package, but it seems very light weight for what it is.

I would give 0/5 if I can. Ordered a toy puppy. It was disappointingly small, did not have features they described, and came in a crumpled box completely unfit to use as a gift. When I try to return for a refund, (full well knowing I am dissatisfied)they keep talking about sending a replacement. This is a scam. Do not waste your money . Wish I can post a picture of what they sent me

This is a shocking site didn’t get the item they advertised and it was damaged. Tried to get my money back and they said they could only replace it. They wanted to charge me another 8.98 for a replacement, I didn’t want a replacement of something quite different from what I ordered!
Don’t touch this site I found the same advertised dog on Amazon for a third of the price, they are disgraceful!

I was sent a fraudulent 2TB SSD. I got a thumb drive dressed as an SSD with software in it masquerading as 2TB. I complained and after sending videos, these were replaced with identical fraudulent products, and when I complained, they simply stopped responding.

I wouldn’t give them one star.⛔️

Noviroa is NOT reputable or honest.⛔️They take hard earned money from consumers and ship us garbage, thinking that we won’t be able to get our money back because they’re not in the USA. I called my credit card company immediately. Within an hour of receipt.

Noviroa’s response “To provide a prompt resolution, we are happy to offer a 30% refund without requiring you to return the items. This allows you to receive compensation immediately while avoiding the effort and cost of a return.”

⛔️ It’s shameful! $110.00 for two toy dogs that could be found in a recycle heap.

Go to reputable stores like FAO. At least you know the quality and care you’re paying for!!!

The item we received is nothing as described on the website. It basically is light as a toy. Customer service is awful, when I asked for a refund instead of refunding atleast 50% they offered 10% and then after going back and fourth they agreed to 20%. Also, I asked if I could return the item as it was not working properly and instead of resolving the issue they advised 20% again and said I would have to cover shipping fees.

I bought an electronic dog toy from Noviroa, also known as Linvora, as a present for my daughter. The website looked slick, and delivery was meant to take 5 days. It cost £45. The product turned up 3 weeks later from Hong Kong and was the cheapest tat I have ever seen. It was so bad, my daughter said it looked scary. The only good thing to come out of it is the hilarity from friends when comparing the picture on the website to the actual thing. And after MANY emails, the con artists did refund me £9.

I purchased an external hard drive from the website on which it claimed the drive had transfer speeds of up to 1000MB/s however when I received it and finally got to use it. Transfer speeds are near zero. It would take minutes and minutes just to start the transfer then once initiated so slow like less than 10mb a second 100x slower than advertised. Reached out to them sent them a video they refused to refund because it was more than 30 days. But it's a faulty product and blatant false advertising. It's not just that I changed my mind. I would stay away from these guys at all costs.
