Prompt delivery bearing in mind they are shipped from China. Clear tracking telling me when my shoes reached and passed through customs. I ordered 2 pairs. I have worn one of them, the barefoot hiking shoes and I think they're great. Very comfortable and they look good too.
Have worn them after rain but not during rain so don't know whether they're waterproof.

Great customer service - shoes were a little big (I have narrow feet so the size 6 equivalent (40) was a bit big) and they swapped them with no issues at all. Shoes comfy and look great.

The shoes did not suit me so I asked to return. Nalovira have failed to send return information to me. They keep delaying sending this to me and I feel this is a scam company. Do not order from Nalivora!

My pair of shoes arrived in good time. The fitting is perfect, and they feel so light on the feet. They are perfect for walking and I use them for work as i spend alot of time on my feet.

The website is easy to navigate, as is the checkout. The products are good, and I was able to find s shoe that does not hurt my feet from the moment I started wearing them, that’s why they have 5 stars. The only slight downside is tracking the delivery but that may be down to me.

Avoid these like the plague. I can’t quite figure if it’s a scam site but most certainly fraudulent. Ordered shoes for my son, 2 day delivery. I ordered, paid and then nothing. No emails, no reply to their social media message, emails, online forms. Phone numbers you can find are no longer connected. Please please do not order from these. I’ve had a nightmare day trying to ensure I get my money back - luckily I bought on credit card. My credit provider and my self have reported this as a fraudulent business. Just don’t risk it. I can only assume the reviews above 1* aren’t real reviews

The trainers are very comfortable.
When the tracking system wrongly showed that the shoes had been delivered, I contacted the support team and they quickly reacted to tell me they would investigate. A couple of days later my shoes were delivered OK at my home.

I was happy with everything and the barefoot shoes are great. Comfortable for hard exercise, walking, anything and they are fun looking. Love the green colour. Thanks.

This company were very good at sorting out my broken sandals and straight away replaced them with a new pair.
The sandals are lightweight weight and fit perfectly just need to break them in.

I ordered a pair of wide toe box shoes as advised by my podiatrist. Unfortunately when they arrived they were too small. I contacted customer services who were brilliant and they sent me the next size up free of charge which was a pleasant surprise.

the style I chose are very comfortable and my walking has improved, no longer having hip pain or problems with my toes.
I have received comments about them, as they are stylish, and have no hesitation in recommending Nalovira footwear .
The support I received has been polite and helpful.

Lovely sandals, I’m so happy with these sandals. They fit perfectly and feel comfortable from the first wear. I wasn’t sure what to expect, but they are much more comfortable than I thought.

This is pretty much a scam.
Poor quality, shipped from China.
No address for returns.
And no reply to emails asking for it.
Avoid.

I bought the orthopaedic walking shoes for my wide feet and they are so comfy I bought another pair for my mum. I’ve worn them for a month now and no complaints at all.

Like other customers I am trying to return unsuitable goods. I believe this is a SCAM they are refusing to give me the return address and instead 'customer support' are offering me a £20 compensation and keeping the shoes ! I ordered 2 pairs of shoes with the aim of buying one pair, this cost £86.98 and are no good for me .

I ordered shoes at the start of July, they didn’t fit (too narrow) so I emailed and asked to return them, they offered to change size but that wasn’t the size issue so I asked to return and get a refund. After a lot of back and forth of them offering me to keep the shoes and a £10 refund all of which I declined they finally gave me the return address. They received the return 3 weeks ago and I am still waiting for my refund. Really disappointed

I ordered an "orthopaedic" shoe that turned out to be uncomfortable. From the start, the returns experience was terrible. You have to email them, they try to negotiate by offering £12 back, and then ask you to post the shoes to an address. After that, they tried to send me another pair instead. I told them I wanted a refund, and they confirmed I'd receive it within a week.
It's now been more than 10 days, and I've had to chase them again at the support email as I still haven't received the money.
Absolutely terrible experience. Returns should be simple and straightforward, as required under consumer rights law.
