I would give 0 if I could

I would give 0 if I could. The item I received (in a cheap plastic bag) did not even remotely resemble what I saw on their website: I ordered a swing chair for my baby and I received a piece of fabric not even sewed together!!! When I sent a complaint, I have been told that I can either send the item back to China (it would cost me a third of what I paid) or accept 15% "immediate" refund. One week later and still haven't received my refund (£5). Never again.

I ordered a pair of “orthopedic”…

I ordered a pair of “orthopedic” slippers for my mother and what arrived was an absolute embarrassment. These were nothing like the pictures online. They were basically stiff pre-molded plastic slippers with no cushioning whatsoever. The so-called “air support” looked like nothing more than a fake sticker on the side.

Honestly, wooden slippers would have been more comfortable than these. They felt cheap, hard, and completely unsuitable for anyone with foot pain. Calling these orthopedic is misleading if anything, they would do more harm than good.

To make it worse, they didn’t even come in a proper box, just wrapped in plastic like a low-quality knockoff product. Total waste of money. Never again.

After receiving these, I genuinely struggle to believe the glowing 5-star reviews on their website are real. My experience was nowhere near what’s being advertised. I’m extremely disappointed and will be taking this further because this is completely unacceptable.

Ordered 3 pairs of sandals size 39 and took a couple of weeks to deliver. Wasn’t overly concerned as they were coming from China, HOWEVER….
The sizing was a joke, as were the sandals, sling back crossed front espadrilles.
One pair was without a size on it and was obviously nearer to a size 8, the next had a 39 sticker on the heel but these also proved to be for a 7 or 8 and the final pair were like something bought in a cheap European market and were narrow and nearer to a 5, my toes hung over the sides and slightly over the front…..and then the real issue started.
I had to take a photo wearing them so their quality control (hilarious) could ascertain if what I was stating was right!!!
They couldn’t see an issue with the sizing, I had been sent 39’s.
They eventually agreed to a refund once they received them back and checked them. I was given 3 different return addresses but sent them back as per invoice. Postage cost over £35 as I wanted to track the parcel. Several weeks passed then tracking showed them in a Chinese customs control office from where they needed import tax paying before they could be delivered but I found this out 3 months later when Royal Mail delivered them back to me!! All the time this company sent me emails assuring me they were on the ball and my refund would come eventually once they received them.
In total I’ve wasted £114 dealing with Novensa, feel scammed big time and they are still trading. Avoid at all costs please.

Brol!!

Ik kocht de magneetvaasjes voor aan de frigo. Na 3 weken geleverd. Op de site stond shipment 3-5 days. Zonder cermeldimg dat dit rechtstreeks uit China kwam. Na een half uur opgehangen, vallen er al 2 vaasjes kapot op de grond... de magneet nog aan de frigo. Brol !! Shame on you

Do not use this company

Product was absolutely useless, cost £54.99, took 3 weeks to arrive and customers are expected to arrange returns to China independently at own expense, over £20 in our case. Spent 2 weeks negotiating a partial refund which still has not arrived.
Not only ripping off customers but duty and freight companies too as shipping label under the local delivery label, declared value at $2 and weight as 50g instead of the actual 900g.

DON'T BUY FROM NOVENSA!!!

On 26 Nov. I bought 1 set of 4 garden items online from Novensa, pictured and advertised as "In Stock" and covering an area of "365 sq. m." (order NOUK3245). On 16 Dec. I emailed to ask why they hadn't arrived. On 18 Dec. 1 item only arrived from provincial China. On 21 Dec. a 2nd item arrived. The other 2 never came. Over 3 months, I have exchanged 17 emails with Novensa (Marlon A.) who have categorically refused to refund 50% of the cost, I have provided documentary evidence that the price I paid was for 4 items, and that 1 item alone does not cover 365 sq. m. Novensa nevertheless claim that I ordered 1 item only, not a set of 4, and closed the case on 7 Feb. Bizarrely, the email exchange will have cost Novensa several times the cost of a refund. Potential customers should note this summary from Google AI: "Novensa has an overwhelmingly negative reputation on Trustpilot, with ratings generally around 2.0 out of 5 stars and many recent 1-star reviews. The company's rating is unavailable on some Trustpilot sites due to a breach of guidelines, indicating potential issues with their review practices."

Postscript, 25/02/2026: Trustpilot have emailed me to say that Novensa have "asked for more details to better understand your experience" threatening to take my review offline within 2 days. Given the full details I have already provided above, including all relevant dates and reference numbers, this is yet another dishonest attempt by Novensa to silence reasonable criticism. They have had all the details they need since last year.

Do not buy anything from this company

Do not buy anything from this company. I spent £50 on a 2.4G wireless gamepad - it advertised that you insert the usb into your tv and then play the assortment of retro games. It was a Christmas present for my kids as they wanted to play sonic together. It didn’t work - extremely poor quality and we couldn’t get to select sonic, despite hours of trying. I requested a refund and they wanted video evidence - I replied saying no, it was faulty and I would not be making a video to prove my claim. I had packed it all up and packaged it for a return. They did not reply. I emailed a few times and still nothing.

I would like to say everything the same…

I would like to say everything the same as all other comments. Scam. Spent £70 on two hoodies in medium. They are not even small they are xsmall. They are also fake essential brand. Customer service is shocking although offered me 15% refund but that's not enough for me. I want to return in it for free and get my money back. They told me to send them back but in my own expense an I have to send it to China. Very unprofessional and disappointing.

AVOID! Wish I had read the reviews before ordering

EDIT/UPDATE: After writing the below review I have reported to UKICC (trading standards for international). I looked once again at the jacket I purchased and realised not only were the badges/logos missing, but there was no garment labels whatsoever. For the EU and UK, legally the product has to have a label detailing all contents of the materials and % of each. If they cannot cover the basic requirements of law, I highly doubt the products would meet UK safety standards such as fire testing. I implore anyone who has dealt with this company to check products, report to the UKICC and contact their banks for refunds - even if you have had a partial refund you can claim the balance. Soft furnishings require BS5852 fire certification and this needs to be displayed on products, electrical products need to have CE or UKCA safety regulations displayed. If they haven't got these, I would strongly advise to stop using as these could be a major safety risk and contact your bank to report at the very minimum and report to UKICC to stop Novensa or Nexture commerce potentially harming anyone else.

I ordered an all season waterproof jacket. IT eventually arrived after Christmas, ordered on the 6th December. I incorrectly assumed this was a UK based company and delivery would be in time for Christmas - it wasn't clear on their website but that was my fault for not searching for the delivery policy.

The product arrived, not only is it not as the picture shows, labels and decorative details missing, the finishing on the product where the seams are messy and visible- therefore faulty. I highly doubt its waterproof and is the thickness of a shirt when its supposed to be a an all season jacket.

Now as the product is misdescribed in terms of its look (ignoring the waterproof element) and faulty (pictures been provided to Marlon in their customer service twice) I am being told its only 14 days 'warranty' - UK law is 30 days when faulty or misdescribed. They also require me to pay shipping to return the item - which is also against UK consumer law when the goods are faulty misdescribed.

I would have got better quality from Temu and paid a tenth of the price. Absolute scammers. Avoid.

Do NOT use this company. I am just about to go down the legal route with them as they are disputing that a (very expensive!) light purchased from them is not damaged and is natural wear. The wooden leg is dented and the product is overall really low quality. The company are offering a refund, but requesting I send to China which will cost almost half it's worth.

Nowhere on the website does it state that returns will need to be send to China, and the name Novensa UK would imply that they are based in the UK or at least have a UK returns base. There's nothing UK based about them. Their "easy returns policy" certainly isn't easy.

They've since deleted the listing, so I can't even go back in to double check the description. To make matters even worse, I've just found the same light on Amazon - it has a better description, more photos clearly showing the product. Only difference is it costs £72, as opposed to what I paid which was around £170. It's certainly worth £72, but the quality is not worth £170.

The fact they are disputing that the damage to the item is only superficial, so doesn't count as damage or defect is outrageous.

This is a stress I didn't want at this time, but I'm willing to fight this case all the way as I think this company have completely miss sold themselves and I'm furious that they're getting away with it. I'm also so angry with myself that I didn't read their trust pilot reviews before purchasing.

Awful…

I had an email confirmation saying item delivered but it was not, I emailed them to explain and they sent a link to track delivery and it was all in Chinese. Thought this was uk based considering it’s .co.uk anyway my parcel did turn up a couple days later. Very cheaply made, fabric is awful and nothing like the picture. My fault for trying to find cheaper alternatives. Lesson learned!

My review of the 29th October and Novensa response which yet again failed to resolve!
After receiving a reply saying they wanted to resolve my issue yet again this company have failed.
Package returned 22nd July still no refund.
I beg people not to get involved with this company as it is a total scam. They have a .co.uk website however the reality is they are a scam company operating from China!

Purchased a smart Watch

Purchased a smart Watch, advertised as waterproof and it's not, I washed my hands and water got into the watch and damaged the screen, when I contacted the company showed them screenshots of their false advertising the option I was given is to send it back to China and after it's inspected for damage then I will get a refund so obviously I won't be getting the refund as it's damaged or take 15% and keep a broken watch. In addition I would be responsible for shipping it back to China although I was lead to believe this was a UK website.
