Novanta89 Arvostelua 

I purchased a jacket from an online store called Novanta89 (novanta89.com) for approximately $400 CAD. The store advertised the jacket as a luxury product with high-quality materials and design, but what I received was completely different from what was shown online.

The item arrived in a simple zipper bag inside a Canada Post envelope, not in any luxury packaging as advertised. The jacket has no brand labels or trademarks, and its quality looks very cheap — worth perhaps $100 or less. It does not match the photos or description on their website.

As soon as I received the item, I contacted Novanta89 several times by email asking for a return label and tracking instructions, as their own Return & Cancellation Policy states that returns are accepted within 14 days if the item is unused and sent with tracking. However, the company has not replied to any of my messages and has not provided a return label or return address, for start.

After 1 week, At one point, they told me to send the jacket to Spain, even though the package originally came from China, which makes no sense and raises suspicion that the business may not be legitimate. Because of their silence and refusal to cooperate, I am unable to return the item within the 14-day period required by their own policy.

I have also found multiple online reviews (on Trustpilot and other sites) showing that other customers report the same problem: fake or low-quality products, no responses, and return instructions that lead nowhere. This suggests the company is misrepresenting its products and possibly operating a fraudulent store. Misspresenting also return policy, read it well.

For these reasons, I dispute this charge as “goods not as described / merchant failed to honor return policy.” I have full documentation available, including screenshots of the website, proof of payment, photos of the item, and copies of my messages with no response from the seller. I dispute it, i prove it also I won! I have that jeket, which totaly different from pictures. At least i took all my money back.

het pakket zal zogenaamd nooit aankomen en he krijgt je geld nooit terug, maar je moet wel dure verzendkosten betalen! Ze blijven vragen stellen zoals:
Heb je foto's van het product?
Wat is het ordernummer?
Etc
Uiteindelijk verkopen ze de retourproducten weer, zonder geld terug te geven.

The product is in a very bad quality and the fabric was written will be a satin, but it’s 93% polyester.

I placed an order 2/09, and received it only middle of October, after reminded to check the status of shipment.
One of the goods was not qualitative, so I returned full delivery on 29/10, and got this confirmed per email. i paid return fees according to their return policy.
After that most interesting part started.
After I reminded that goods were received back 29/10 according to tracking, customer service responded that they will check and come back.
I reminded again 6/11 and 10/11, and finally got following feedback:

I responded that only full refund on my bank account is acceptable, and after that no feedback after several reminders.

Case is still not solved.
So I would NEVER recommend this store.

Je me suis faite arnaquer par ce marchand . J’ai commandé un pyjama le 29 octobre que je n’ai jamais reçu . Quand j’ai envoyé un email le 7 novembre pour savoir quand est ce que je recevrai ma commande , ils m’ont répondu que l’article était victime de son succès et donc épuisé , puis m’ont confirmé qu’il sera expédié le 14 novembre , puis le 29 novembre. Et maintenant ils ne répondent plus à mes messages .
C’est une arnaque !

I bought 3 items from them, total about 500. They did deliver 1 month later 1 item. Still missing more 2 itens. Horrible. Stay away from them. The quality is also not like it looks in the pictures.

I placed an order and 2 weeks later still had no confirmation of dispatch. I then googled them and found all of these negative reviews. I decided to cancel my order, which I am legally entitled to do. I emailed to cancel and they responded ignoring this request. I emailed again to confirm cancellation and then miraculously had an email that same day to confirm the order had been processed. They then claimed it’s too late to cancel as the order has been “processed.” The tracking shows that it has not been dispatched, it’s been over a month now since I placed my order, the order hasn’t been dispatched, and they are still refusing to cancel. Believe the reviews, they are absolute scammers. I am now trying to claim the money back through my bank as they won’t willingly refund me.

Ware ist nie angekommen! Dubiose emails, man solle sich bitte an DHL wenden, da angeblich dort die Ware verschwunden ist! Absoluter Fake, Geld wurde über AMEX zurückgebucht! Lasst die Finger davon, man ärgert sich nur!!

This company is a scam!! and was previously named Khepris Jewels a huge scam!! I LOST MONEY DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM PRODUCT EITHER NEVER ARRIVES OR IS POOR QUALITY FROM CHINA - Even my bank could not get the money back for me and the emails from this company were DISGUSTING!!

i received my item which were NOTHING LIKE WHAT WAS ADVERTISED ON INSTAGRAM, DO NOT BUY ANTHING FROM THEM THEY ARE SCAMMERS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Producten komen niet aan. Je krijgt vreemde reacties op de mail. Ze reageren wel maar je ontvangt niets. Ik heb meer dan 2 maand gewacht.

I wish I could give 0 stars. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!! Scam scam scam!!!! When I purchased from them they were called Empire 89, I bought I white swimsuit it the matching cover up. Only for the item to arrive a month later because it was shipped from China dispute the company being registered in Spain.
I should have known from the Ai images they use for their content that this whole thing was a scam. I bought something that cost around £100 that can be found in SHIEN for £11. Do not waste your time or money or get your hopes up. You will not be happy.

I have since been blocked from their social media with no resolve.

After getting the products which came from china not Europe, it was the incorrect product. Returned per directions given by them and it's been sitting in China Custom and Border for more than a Month now. The business refuses to reimburse me stating they have not received the product when it is on the business to claim the goods from the Border Customs. $180 for the product about $60 for shipping it back and have had to contact credit card company to get involved.

Het zijn smerige oplichters, ik heb zojuist aangifte bij de politie gedaan. Ook rechtsbijstand ingeschakeld. De politie gaat uit van een groep Chinezen (geen Spanjaarden) en hebben al meerdere aangiften ontvangen. Er gaat dus aan gewerkt worden, maar het zal waarschijnlijk een lang proces worden🙄

It’s a scam!! They make you believe the product is made in Europe but in fact it got shipped from China. Quality is terrible and look NOTHING like the photos shown on the website. It’s even worst and cheap quality compared to what you get from Shein. They wouldn’t let you return and find a thousand of different excuses etc.

It is a fraud, they are sold as a company with European clothes and in fact they are Chinese, they take months to arrive and when the garment arrives it is not the same you bought and of a very poor quality, I am very upset and disappointed by fraudulent companies like this.

If I could give zero stars I would. Total scam, the clothes are horribly made, almost laughable. And then you have to return overseas, so it costs $60 to send back a piece of cloth. Clearly a sweat shop.

Terrible

Just terrible. Package never arrived because they used a cheap courier service i never heard of (Not USPS, UPS or Fedex but rather a service called Cainiao Last Mile Delivery Team). Courier said i was not available to accept the package but nobody ever came to my address. Package got sent back to the sender and they do not want to issue a refund they are trying to force me to pay for additional shipping fee to have it resent to me.
