No information about the 20gb limit. This is something you learn after you pay for it. Totally bad experience. Prior to buying a premium account you are not told about the 20Gb limit. This is a kind of scam. I feel robbed.The florenfile.com does it too. Only 100 files per day or 20.000mb/3 days. Now Its time to check companies like those here before to pay them.

Tried playing with PayPal but Novafile site automatically has redirected me not to PayPal but to a phishing page.
Needless to say, should have I inserted my details, I would have had my money stolen

There is a 20GB limit no-one knows when it expires or how it works. This is something you learn after you pay for it. Never again!

Traffic limit is not mentioned on any page like ToS or FAQ. Totally bad experience... they are no answering by contact message.

effectivement c'est une arnaque, j’espérais récupérer des tutos issu de elephorm et plutot que prendre l'abonnement de 25€/mois j'ai opté pour Warezland au bout d'un mois je n'ai pu recuperer que 2 tutos. Car il y a double mensonges dans la pub, puisqu"elle précise 8 téléchargements par jour, mais en realité c'est 20G tous les ....on ne sait pas.
PS, j'ai mis une etoile car n ne peut pas mettre ZERO

My account was temporarily suspended due to "suspicious activity" just after I paid and activated my account. I emailed them and asked them what's happending and never get response from their support!

I was about to subscribe but thought I should first read a few reviews about Novafile
Consequently I didn't subscribe.

My biggest concern was that the company doesn't offer any free trial period with at least a watermark and very limited download size - just for a trial. Already smell a rat.
And to ask for credit card details to start a 'free" signup ????

Premium has download limit 20000MB, but what?20000MB and I Just have downloaded about 5000MB, and Novafile shows me you have reach to download limit 20000MB...
Awful experience on that, I have never bought premium again.

They stopped download 5 days before it expires.

Got the budget premium account for the 2nd or 3rd time I think. I notice a 20 GB traffic limit which can be used up almost immediately. Recharging can take 3 days, I confirmed it does if you stop using it for a day. But continuous use will show up gradual increase in traffic limit like a calculated incremental. I am guessing this is to stop there servers from topping out its bandwidth giving other users chance. But the advertise should be clear indicating a capping limit of 20 GB in 3 days, not unlimited download which is false. So I best use it occasionally.

WARNIG - DISHONEST AND DECEITFUL COMPANY.
Free accounts must wait 90secs until you can download a file. THE COUNTDOWN STOPS IF YOU CLICK TO A DIFFERENT PAGE WHILE YOU WAIT!!!!! Meaning you have to stare at that page for 90secs.
High ratings for this website are either trolls or the company employees. STAY FAR AWAY!!!!!

I tried to sign up few times to Novefile service, but every time I did the payment, they always gave me pop-up messages that the transactions were not succeed "there is no such transaction" and "payments is not succeed due to maintenance " .

But few hours later I got an email notification to my gmail account that those payment were actually succeed and has been deducted from my credit card.

I contacted them 4 times, and no respond! Does anyone know what I should do to get to them??

Prior to buying a premium account you are not told about the 20Gb limit for 3 consecutive days or whatever.They don't tell you,period!In no way this is a honey site.If one buys a month premium account and this info is not available anywhere prior to payment it is expected to be able to download intensively and no-one has nothing to do with what you do with it.
I would advise Novafile to be honest about it.I'm sure people will buy it the same way but this way they won't feel robbed.Honesty is the best marketing you could get.Also,you could limit it to 20Gb per day.It doesn't cost you anything.Do you expect people will buy it again with this dishonest attitude?And you advertise 14 bucks bt in the end I payed 25.That's pretty lame.

Having seen some of the reviews I feel I must be blessed in some way. I've used the site for about 3 years and have never had a problem. Hopefully long may it continue.

worst file hoster on this planet. Doesn't reply back. you buy 30 days premium but only receive 20GB. This is no where mentioned on their site.

Terrible service. Never ever buy this service ever. It's the worst cash spent.
