I recently wrote a negative review about the one button choking device. I was then contacted by a member of he NovaCareus team who walked me through the operation of the device, and it worked as described. Thanks for the assistance.

I had issues with my order delivery status, when I reached out to customer service I spoke with Chester and he was simply amazing! He looked into my order and delivery issues that were happening and immediately corrected the problem. Chesters's communication was timely and professional, and I am more than happy with how things were handled.

After spending time researching, and taking into consideration who this product will be for.
This one came out on top for my 93 year-old Mom . The assurance of having this product available and close to me when it is breakfast lunch and dinner for my mom.. just will take a huge load off. If you’re looking for a product, I suggest this exact one..

I can’t say enough good things about the Novacare group. I received my device, tested it and watched the video on how to use the tube if the person is unconscious. Hopefully I will not need to use it, but I know it’s there if needed. My spouse choked in a restaurant years ago and the gentleman at the table next to us performed the Heimlich maneuver to dislodge the food piece. It was pretty scary and not sure I could have accomplished it. Hence this anti choking device.
It’s guaranteed for life but when I couldn’t find the QR code to activate the warranty on line, I emailed them. Sam promptly replied and completed it for me and sent a nice email back with tips on testing the device etc.

Test the product & extremely approved. I ordered one on Amazon & return it as it was like using a bathroom plunger. Many years ago I had my own child at his age of 7 chocking on a taco shell & he was panicking, I as a mom I was panicking too.Thank goodness for husband quick response but it took a lot.
Now that I’m a grandmother I ordered NovaCare choking device to have in my home for grandchildren. I never want to be in that situation again but feel relieved to have in this device around. Thank you for making a device that is quick & easy.

It arrived in good shape. Looks like I could use it on myself. But until I have to use it I can't say.

Ordered 8/3. Received 8/16. Here are a few things to consider. Tracking hid everything from country of origin until it was delivered to JFK. The packaging was not professionally sealed. The box it came in had no country of origin. Examining the packaging, the box and even the item itself it appears cheap. I venture to say this was manufactured and shipped from China. Prove me wrong.

Ordered on 8/23.. kept getting very sketchy tracking info form this company. Several times stating waiting for customs clearance with no actual tracking to show when the order would arrive. I requested a full refund from the company and they could only offer 50% and maybe wait until the order arrived! I contacted my bank and put in a complaint about not receiving my order and was issued a full refund!

I had an issue with it. Being delivered at first when I emailed them, they were right on it took care of it right away. And I got it as soon as possible. Honestly, i was so impressed with how efficient and caring their customer service was.

It has made me feel safer at home because I have a problem with choking I'm very happy with my novacare,the customer service is ten stars they are polite and so helpful

Exceptionally quick, exceptionally gracious and exceptionally caring response from staff after I contacted them about a mistake I made when ordering. The email was so thoughtful and well written, I was mightily impressed by the CARING customer CARE - and it was not a form letter either. In these days of short pat answers, this staff member took the time for stellar customer service.

My $108.00 order was delivered, left unattended at some random place at the wrong building, proof of delivery picture does not depict the correct building. After sending NovaCare pictures of the correct building with signs on door clearly stating that ALL packages must be delivered to the receiving area and NO packages are to be left unattended, NovaCare still refused to issue me a refund or replacement. I filed a claim with Shop to which NovaCare submitted the false pictures, no signature as proof of delivery, which was good enough for Shop because they do not investigate in any way shape or form. BTW, NovaCare only advised me of the false pictures and proof of delivery AFTER I filed they claim with Shop and not giving me the opportunity to provide my pictures showing the real building. In any event, this company is a SCAM! Offers NO CUSTOMER SUPPORT and will TAKE YOUR MONEY WITHOUT HESITATION and leave you with NOTHING. STAY CLEAR OF THESE THIEVES!!!

I reached out to customer care recently after I had some questions about the anti-choker device I bought. The guy I spoke with was a breath of fresh air when it comes to customer support service. He went above and beyond to address the issue and was also timely with his responses. The mechanics of the device itself are very sound. Hopefully it will never need to be used, but I feel confident that it would do the job if the situation came up. Thanks for great service!

I purchased this anti choking device for my 87-year-old father that lives alone in another state. He had a couple choking scares within the last few years. He had a couple questions about how to operate it. I sent an e-mail and received a prompt thorough response to my questions. Thank you for creating such a thoughtful product and for responding so quickly. Knowing he now has this device — and feels confident using it — gives all of us peace of mind. It means a great deal to our family!

I purchased Nova Care because the cheaper one I ordered first was trash. The Nova care has some meat to it. It just feels solid. Definitely has some suction to it. Wouldn't be surprised if it could suck a golf ball thru a garden hose. I hope I never have to depend on it but if the time comes, I'm sure it will do fine. IF there is a problem with it, you can bet customer service will be all over it. I had to deal with Sam during the transit and all I can say is that Nova Care should also be teaching customer service to other companies. On a scale of 1 to 10.....I give them an 11.

I think this is a great company. They answer questions if you email them the product is great. I have nothing but good things to say this is definitely a purchase. I am very happy to recommend.
