Best app I ever downloaded

The lack of work that went into switching over our Wi-Fi. The team at Nous did everything and always kept us informed and up to date. I enjoyed the experience and would 100% recommend the service.

A really easy process that gave me…

A really easy process that gave me several options of how involved I’d like to be in each step. I have done very little and now have bagged great savings thanks to Nous. I have recommended the service to several others who have all saved lots as well.

They listen, they solve your query in minutes

As soon as I contacted Nous explaining my case and asking for their help and assistance, in minutes they got back to me. Following the instructions were very simple and easy, and once I completed all the steps, they solved my problem offering amazing offers for me to compare and see. They dealt with everything from start to end, messaging me at all times. Now I am with a cheaper tariff, saved money and didn't have to worry about the process which was a great experience. I definitely recommend Nous, especially to those who really don't have time to spend on phone trying to switch providers, or find cheaper/better deals. They do everything for you. I'll definitely use their service in future days.

Time saving and money saving!

As a working parent, life is very busy and researching new providers for things like gas and electric, broadband etc hasn’t been a priority. Nous take all the time consuming work out of your hands to try and save you money. Found it all very easy so far and love the email and WhatsApp updates to keep you informed. Would recommend.

I must admit from start to finish…

I must admit from start to finish having my energy account changed for a better energy account within E-on Next which has saved me over £200 per year.
The transaction moved very smoothy and didn't have to do anything
