Don’t normally do reviews but i’ve bought some shoes and said it will be 2-3 days. It didn’t and when asking for updates they didn’t update me with anything. When i received the shoes i didn’t like them so have emailed to send them back and they havent emailed back it’s being a week since that email so now i can’t send them back as their is a 7 day send back period.

great selection, quick delivery

I ordered a pair of saucony (cheaper then anywhere else) they arrived next day as i contacted them via instagram mentioning i need them for the weekend 10/10 service will be returning 👍

Very slow delivery

Said it was in stock on the website, ordered it. Then was told it wasnt in stock after money was already taken from account and came 2 weeks later. Useless if u want it on time

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

The item I received was not in “mint condition” as clearly advertised, and the level of service that followed has been completely unacceptable. Despite contacting the company to raise my concerns, I did not receive a response until the day after, which shows a serious lack of professionalism and customer care.
I expect a business to take responsibility for inaccurate product descriptions and to respond promptly when a customer raises a legitimate complaint. The failure to do so demonstrates extremely poor practice. I have now been offered an exchange which is not acceptable when in actual fact I am entitled to a full refund without delay under section 45 of the Consumer Rights Act 2015 as I am within the 14 days despite what this company’s refund policy states.
Given the circumstances, I will be taking this matter further, as customers should not be left ignored or misled in this way. As well I am replying to all emails!

The item in question is a “dragon windrunner - white” this item was purchased on March 12th and deliver on March 15th.

We then got a Email on March 15th we replied to said email on the 16th trying to resolve the situation she wants a refund before we even accept the return of the item (this is not something we are happy to do)

she has since not replied to our emails.

the items was clearly shown in the photos on our website an description accurately described the condition of the item.

The purchase made from this company was…

The purchase made from this company was made fraudulently. I contacted the company to let them know. I also had the delivery address and a contact number for the fraudster. I received no feedback from the company

This person placed a “order” and as soon as i shipped it they messaged me claiming it was made fraudulently so i cancelled the ordered and managed to get the parcel back before royal mail dispatched it, now a week later she has left a review.. i assume the fraudsters are angry because there scheme didn’t work.
