Seems like scam on the web page not very trustworly.

I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to bring to your attention a concerning issue regarding a recent purchase of a laser cap from your company.
I ordered a laser cap from your website. However, upon receiving the package and inspecting its contents, it became apparent that the product inside was not as described or expected. Instead of the laser cap I ordered, the package contained a less powerful cap _ false advertising on your part.

This discrepancy has raised serious concerns about the possibility of fraud or a shipping error. I kindly request your immediate attention to rectify this situation. Please investigate this matter promptly and provide guidance on the next steps to resolve the issue, including a refund or the correct delivery of the purchased item.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Do not use this company. On the website it states 272 diodes, the cap they send has 86 which they have verified through email to me and haven’t moved forward with the refund and return I’ve requested and used language that avoid The reviews on the website you can’t see fully only a careful selection of what they want you to see. Totally a scam. Avoid avoid avoid

It is a scam, don't waste your money. They claim they have a money back guarantee, but they make you jump through hoops and then don't end up honouring it.

Everything is shipped from China and takes weeks, sometimes months to arrive. Customer 'support' repeatedly lied, claiming my order had been dispatched, when it clearly hadn't. They were just trying to gain time so that I don't cancel my order.
Very dubious business practices.
I placed my order 2 months ago and still haven't received all of it. What was received was of very poor quality and not what I expected from the high price point.

Poor customer service, and very difficult to return product, even after not using it. Deceptive business practices using AI to form responses to questions and inquiries. No way to reach over phone. I would avoid

Honestly thought this was another gimmick. Two months in, I’m eating my words. The thinning at the crown has dramatically improved, I’m even seeing baby hairs along my hairline. If you are doubting, just try it. The results will speak for themselves.

From the moment I unboxed it, the quality of this project was evident through its study feel and weight. The instructions were straightforward making it incredibly easy to use.

Received cap and product. Not as advertised. Same with the refund policy. Not as advertised. I have yet to find a customer service phone number. I have sent 4 email requests for a refund and all replies just explain how to use the product and how dedicated they are to my satisfaction, but no direction on how to return for a refund.

Advert gives you the impression it is a Scandinavian product, but no it is yet another Chinese scam, when will we learn 😔

just one month only already broken

Have received the cap and mini massager but no hair cycle solution…. I wouldn’t have bought this if I knew it was from china…. There is absolutely no point in the cap as I don’t have a long enough extension cord to take it even outside as I need to have it plugged in . I have very little faith that I will even get the solution either now after reading the other reviews

Iv only had my cap for a week so far, so i can’t comment on how it is going so far.

However, when the product arrived it was in a rather strange bag with absolutely no packaging instructions or paperwork for the “cap”… the “cap” its self does not fit the insert (the part with the LED-LASER).. to be completely honest with you it almost looks like i have purchased something off of wish….
I do not know if the LED and laser diodes are what they say they are as advertised but I will keep using it with the hope its not a scam..

Having problems using - received no response to help communication submitted

Took a month to get it. It didn’t fit. I asked for a refund and they put up multiple barriers to get a refund. Then say it can take 30 business days to get a refund. But at this point I find them to be dishonest. $200 for a hat with led lights. Come on. What a scam.

The product has no battery so it needs to be plugged in to get to work, nowhere, on their website, is stated clearly that has no battery. They claim to give an immediate refund if the request is made during the shipment and the cup is unused (mine was also unopened!) so I called them to have a refund but it was like talking to a rubber wall. They didn't want to acknowledge the problem, proposing I buy a power bank. Again, I insisted on the refund but uselessly, at the end they proposed to give me a power bank which I accepted to move on. After 10 days they sent a $ 1,95 Chinese power bank extremely dangerous, since it opens during use, exposing wires and electronic components and that needs to be filled with rechargeable batteries at my expense ( I have photos!). No way I can use that power bank. Also, they compare their product to other more expensive ones, forgetting to write that their laser cup has 110 lasers instead the competitors have 272 medical-grade lasers. Good luck if something goes wrong and the buyers ask for a refund!

Saw the ad for the red-light therapy cap on my Facebook feed and was interested because I already use red-light for my arthritis pain and general wellbeing so why not in a cap for potential hair growth help? Ordered my cap on January 26, 2024, and received it yesterday, February 10, 2024. Not too bad. Only thing I didn't like was I never received a shipping notice or tracking number. I was going to email the company about my order and it just showed up in the mail so I didn't have to send the email.

I didn’t receive my order. Weird you’re asking for a review. So far, one star. Also, it’s made in China. I wouldn’t have ordered it if I’d known.

Wrote original review when asked to write it, unfortunately it is being shipped on a slow boat from China. Was it worth waiting 3-weeks? There is many LED lights and they are BRIGHT when turned on. 3 settings for how long it will run is nice. It is powerful enough the hat generates heat. I liked that hat is generic so nobody knows what you are up to. The price for the number of LED's/Lasers was the best on the market. Biggest disappointment may be expected...to run all those lights you need power and the hat has no built in batteries likely due to weight, so you have to plug in your hat to a USB or portable battery charger...None of the pics on website show that is the case. Only used hat 6 days now, but pleased so far.
